If you too are tired of hearing a robot telling you to press #2 twelve times in order to speak to someone, followed by a recording saying, “please hold, there are 26 people ahead of you” White House Pharmacy will be just what you need. It was quite hard for us to believe that small establishments like this still existed. No matter how busy or chaotic things are, they always handle our requests and questions as if we were the only ones in need of help. We’ve had the pleasure so far in dealing with Linda and Tina and they always not only help us with any needs we have, but are always so very very, patient and kind.”

“Although they can be a little busy, they have very knowledgeable pharmacists! My family has been using them for years. “My husband needed a prescription that was actually already filled in Gallatin but called to see if he could possibly get it here in White House and they were super helpful and got it filled in less than an hour and helped him get his prescriptions moved over to the White House store. We called Gallatin Kroger Marketplace store to see if they could help us and they never answer their telephone. When we picked up the prescription the tech was super friendly and helpful ! Thanks!”

“I never thought I would have an experience at a Walgreens that would warrant a review, but one employee in particular changed that. There was a tall African American gentleman working on The afternoon of Friday January 5th (I wish I could remember his name, I'll have to go back soon so I can update this review with that detail) I called to inquire about photo printing and not only did he give me the normal price but let me know that with a coupon code I could get a significantly discounted price. He stated that he would be happy to review all of the other photo specials they have going on when I came in Incase I was interested in anything beyond standard photo printing . When I arrived he was at the checkout counter assisting other guests. When the line was finished he came over to the photo counter, apologized for the delay and asked how he could help. I told him I had called a few minutes ago about photo printing, he smiled and said yes I remember! He pulled out the Walgreens circular and flipped to the page where the photo discounts were and reviewed them with me. He offered to assist me through the process and everything. This gentleman is the reason I will chose Walgreens and return to this specific location. Thank you for going above and beyond sir!”

“I’ve never had any issues with this pharmacy. It’s been my main pharmacy for over a decade. The prices are cheap and everyone is always helpful. Especially if you need to call in with a question. The clinic is garbage but the pharmacy is great. The one thing that sucks is there isn’t a drive thru, there used to be a vacuum bank style machine that would send out your prescription and a long time ago I swear I do remember a window being on the opposite side of the building but not anymore. You have to go in, but there is rarely more than a 20 min wait that I’ve ever experienced.”

“Out of all the Kroger's in the area, this location is my absolute go-to! I am here multiple times per week and maybe even twice on Sunday. This location is one of the larger stores that features all the specialty areas from meat counter, bakery, cheese island and of course a Starbucks! While the inside stations are great, this store also features two fuel center stations! Stock is always on point here, and it is a rarity that I leave without something I was after. You have to time your produce visits just right, as it can get down to the "meh" stock on the weekends. Service is always friendly and helpful in the aisles and at the registers. They usually have a few full service lanes open, and most of the time they have both portions of self-check open and staffed. Only complaint about this location is the cart situation. The parking lot is normally overflowing with carts, so make sure you grab one on the way in to ensure you have one. Overall, this is my Kroger and I will certainly be back time and time again!”

“This Walgreens was just a slice of Heaven! I am recovering from an accident that has left me with a broken foot so I have to get around on crutches and I hobbled my way into this Walgreens to ask to use their restroom. The beautiful angels working there insisted on helping me and got me a wheelchair, had me leave my crutches in the front and actually wheeled me to and from the bathroom right to my vehicle! I've never felt this much kindness from a stranger since my accident and am so thankful to have encountered them!”

“Randomly chose this walgreens to transfer scripts after moving here from out of state. The process was seamless and the woman who helped in the pharmacy was friendly. She seemed happy to help as opposed to seeming discouraged to have to perform the extra step. No problems there. The bathrooms here have to be unlocked by an employee. The person I asked on the floor seemed perturbed, but did tell me to have a nice day. Checking out up front was extremely pleasant, a friendly interaction. When I came back to pick up later, the person at the drive thru wasn't as extremely friendly, but also wasn't rude in any way. Maybe was gearing up for the upcoming evening rush, not sure. Either way, no problems there. Overall, good experience. I'm hoping it will continue to be this way.”

“Well there wasn't waiting going in the store but however it takes him like it took forever to get the person that was running the front register they were not up front where they're supposed to be they were probably off helping in another department which is understandable but they need to be where they can keep it on the front of the store where they can see when there's a customer at the register anyways that's the only complaint I had about that place but everybody was kind and everything is just there was a little bit of confusion as far as that went”

“This is a review for the drive thru COVID-19 test offered by CVS, not for the store itself. A negative COVID-19 test is a requirement to return home to the state of Hawaii. This, for the time being, is our new normal, so one needs to accept it, and I did. Easy, easy, easy. I first thought that the worst part of this was having to do the test myself. But on second thought, it was better than someone else shoving a q-tip half way to my brain. Made the appointment on the app. Drove to the drive thru. Got to the window. Verified my ID. Got the test. Inserted q-tip 1/2 in (NOT UP - don't want to lobotomize myself). Placed q-tip into vial. Returned vial. PAU. Service was efficient and friendly.”
