Bathrooms have keypads and the employees ignore them when they ring over the intercom for customer assistance, we waited 14 minutes to be told that the bathrooms were out of order

Looks as if they've turned into a homeless shelter. Broke down vehicles ,with dogs tied to the wheels sitting in the parking lot. On the back side there is a homeless man with his makeshift hut.

Was verbally assaulted and almost physically assaulted by the so called "manager" Lavita. I have called corporate and will be filing a police report.
