“We found our new family auto mechanic! I'm old fashion and miss the days of locally owned business that are honest, dependable, do great work, honest fair pricing, professional, and sincere. Tim and his team are all that! We just moved back to Springfield and our son's 2014 Chevy Silverado needed exhaust work. Since my wife and I share a car we had to rent a car in order for my son to get to work. Explaining this to Tim he understood how badly we needed our son's truck fixed. He pulled a miracle and as soon as the parts came in, he worked tirelessly to get our family back in operation. I was expecting a huge bill but no. The pricing very fair and reasonable and the quality of work is both in highest standards of professionalism and craftsmanship. “I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to the amazing team at Pep Boys! While I was out running errands, my car suddenly started making strange noises. I happened to be near this location and decided to stop in to see if they could take a quick look.
The gentleman at the counter (who I’m convinced is an actual angel on earth) let me know there were several cars ahead of me. But when I explained that I was on my lunch break and the situation felt urgent, he kindly stepped outside to listen and assess the issue himself. After offering his honest opinion on what might be going on, I decided to leave my car in their care.
A few hours later, they called with the head mechanic’s diagnosis and suggested I tow the car back to the Honda dealership, where I had recently gotten an oil change. They suspected the issue may have started there—and they were spot on. It turned out the Honda mechanic had failed to install a washer properly, which caused a leak and the strange noises I’d heard. Thankfully, Honda acknowledged the mistake, fixed it at no cost, and my car is now running smoothly.
The Pep Boys team treated me like family and went above and beyond to help me during a stressful moment. I’m incredibly grateful for their kindness, professionalism, and honesty. “First time delivery here, the NTW is actually on top of the hill, you won’t be able to get to it until they open at 0800. Only go by appointment times and there is overnight parking at the bottom of the hill. You’ll have to swing around and back in after you get thru the first gate, but there is plenty of room to do it.”

“Took my dodge grand caravan in to get the back brakes and rotors replaced as well as remove whatever was rattling in there. They found the problem, fixed it and didn’t even charge me. My rotors and brakes were still good so no need for a change. They were all very professional and kind. I got a giggle watching those two men trying to find the rattle noise. They didn’t give up until they did though. Definitely recommend!”

I went to Tire Discounters in Madison, TN on 12/16/25 for a simple oil change. When I got home, I noticed that the overhead heating light above the service bay had melted the bug deflector on the hood of my truck while it was being serviced.
Within an hour, I drove back and spoke with JT, who acknowledged the damage and told me he had ordered a replacement part. He assured me he would call when it arrived so they could install it.
By 12/19/25, I still hadn’t heard anything, so I called at 9 AM and was told someone would call me back. No one did. Around 11:30 AM, I stopped by in person and was told by the front desk that there was no record of the replacement order at all, and that I would need to speak with JT on Monday.
On 12/22/25, I called again and spoke with a manager, who told me JT wasn’t coming in—despite being told on Friday that he would be available. During that call, Zach informed me they were taking no further action, and that I should file a police report and let corporate handle it.
This entire situation has been incredibly frustrating. The damage was caused during their service, the repair was promised on 12/16, and every attempt I made to follow up was met with delays, contradictions, or being brushed off. This should have been a simple fix, but instead I’ve been left with damage to my vehicle and no accountability from the store.”

“Needed a Spare tire for my pickup. Tried Brothers in Springfield but they wanted $60 which I thought was a little high. They wouldn't negotiate so I went to the tire shop in Greenbrier.
Got one that looks like new for $40. They were fast and friendly.”
