“Got into a pretty awkward position after the snow storm at about 1:30am. Called 3 tow company’s that said that they would not risk it on this hill. Tim showed up and was able to get my vehicle out of not one, but two bad situations, with 0 damage to my car. Tim was knowledgeable and able to guide me step by step through the whole process, then followed me until the road was clear. Can’t say how much I appreciate Tim and the outcome of tonight. It could have been much worse.”
“After waiting over an hour for a tow truck from another company who could not find where my car was pulled off the road, my case was assigned to Bales Towing. The driver called me immediately to let me know that he was in the middle of another call but promised he would get my car right after that. He called back later for more specific directions since AI had changed the address of KY Hwy 80 to Kentucky Street, however the driver LISTENED to my directions, located my car and towed it to where it needed to go.”

“5 stars aren’t enough to give , maybe a million or more will work! Chuck and his amazing team at Ridgetop Collision center brought my late Father’s truck back to life! This truck is of extreme sentimental value and needed paint fixing and a little bit of other fixing and well, I don’t even know all of the correct terminology.
What I do know is Chuck and team are so professional , experts, kind and trustworthy! I can’t recommend them enough and yes, I totally drove out of my way to use them and will do so when needed again. They treat you like family and that’s the way businesses should be ! Go see them at Ridgetop Collision Center and tell them I sent you !”
