“After waiting over an hour for a tow truck from another company who could not find where my car was pulled off the road, my case was assigned to Bales Towing. The driver called me immediately to let me know that he was in the middle of another call but promised he would get my car right after that. He called back later for more specific directions since AI had changed the address of KY Hwy 80 to Kentucky Street, however the driver LISTENED to my directions, located my car and towed it to where it needed to go.”

“5 stars aren’t enough to give , maybe a million or more will work! Chuck and his amazing team at Ridgetop Collision center brought my late Father’s truck back to life! This truck is of extreme sentimental value and needed paint fixing and a little bit of other fixing and well, I don’t even know all of the correct terminology. What I do know is Chuck and team are so professional , experts, kind and trustworthy! I can’t recommend them enough and yes, I totally drove out of my way to use them and will do so when needed again. They treat you like family and that’s the way businesses should be ! Go see them at Ridgetop Collision Center and tell them I sent you !”

“My husband was traveling from work, Manchester TN to NE Ohio, when his front brakes locked up. The team at Hoffman's went above and beyond to take care of his difficult situation. They communicated with our family's garage back home, got him back on the road within hours and stayed late to get it done. We cannot properly express our gratitude. We will wear our Hoffman's t-shirts with a sense of deep admiration! Thank you!”

“Looks like a great place. I have never been here before but I like the sign. It just screams good service. The lettering and the colors are just wow. Who wouldn't take their car over to Tate's. I would if I lived anywhere close to cross planes. But I don't unfortunately.”

“So he seen me stranded at a truck park area north of Nashville. Asked and if I needed help. Already had another company coming next day on a Monday but had me going same day. Amazing as you all know who are owners it's hard to trust out here and he was as sure as an arrow. Straight and true. Don't hesitate to call.”
