She greeted me with genuine Southern hospitality, took the time to answer my questions, and made me feel like a valued customer instead of just another sale. Her kindness, knowledge, and enthusiasm made shopping so much fun. If you’re looking for cowboy boots, hats, or western wear, this is the Boot Barn to visit—and if Lynn is there, you’re in excellent hands. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in Tennessee.”
“The store that’s located in rivergate/madison area is infested with bed bugs . I have bought clothes from them a few times this week and because I am homeless I can’t wash before i buy . I have found multiple bugs and I have gotten bit multiple upon multiple time . Be warned there clothes are infested with bed bugs”

“I went to DD's hoping to find darts. I didn't find them but I found a gorgeous pia pan for $9.98. It's also going to work great for warming giant tortillas. There were so many great deals and no long lines and excellent service. The supervisor I believe, a nice lady so gracious and professional, great energy sets a good example of how to be kind and professional. She, I feel is an asset to DD's. The store was organized and clean too. I will be back to shop for more deals especially in the clearance sections.”
“Had to visit one last time in March 2026 to say goodbye to Rivergate Mall. JCPenney is running their closing sales through this summer as demolition gets well underway on the main mall structure. Be sure to visit to catch some deals and get one last look inside the mall before it’s gone… RIP Rivergate Mall”
