“Not only is the place amazing (east location offers dog washing facilities) but Danielle is one of the MOST knowledgeable people I’ve ever encountered shopping for my dog. She took the time to go over several options when I told her I wanted to feed my dog raw but “make it easy for me” ?. Her desire to give pets a quality of life they deserve is shown in the curated products available in store. The woman has STUDIED food quality for pets. Amazing. And to boot, she hand delivered my online order to my place of work, AND fixed it because I ordered the wrong thing. Talk about above and beyond.”

Went down to the bargain basement after seeing a bunch of overpriced cheap boots on broadway and was very impressed by the quality, selection, and low prices of the boots here. Malakai helped me out and did an amazing job being honest and helping me find what worked and what didn’t. Super great experience for a first time boot owner who didn’t know what they were doing and walked away with a super comfortable and cute pair. I would definitely shop there again!”

“Visiting from the UK on holiday and thought I’d use ClassPass to get some workouts in whilst in Nashville. This was the first class I used on the pass having booked it only 45 minutes before and the whole experience was fantastic.
I was welcomed by a lovely girl on the desk (sorry I forgot your name!) who helped me sign the waiver and understand what the class was all about. The instructor Chloe then took me around the studio showing me what I would need for the class and made sure I was comfortable and answered all my questions.
This class is TOUGH. I did the Classic and as was my first time pretty light weights. It is a great way to get a workout in working all of your body, especially core and glutes all whilst being super low impact. I was wobbling by the end!
Would definitely recommend to anybody but especially any out of town tourists that are looking to get some movement in whilst they’re around downtown Nashville ❤”
“Popped in here for a last minute Christmas gift. The woman who welcomed me into the store was so personable, helpful and sincere. Turns out she is the owner, Randi. We got chatting about a piece of jewelry I had bought my partner almost 4 years ago. She remembered it and could describe it in better detail than I could! She was even able to tell me part of the story behind the artist who made the piece, which makes it more meaningful. This woman knows her stuff and is fully invested in your experience at Pauli's Place. You can feel good about spending your money here. Thank you Randi!”
“Longstanding customer. Went in yesterday for the first time in years. While I think very highly of the owners and the quality of the clothing they sell, I was not impressed teased with the “hovering” of the salesperson as I was shopping or trying on clothing in the dressing room!! Levy’s, you are a great. Clothing store! Please improve on the hovering sales lady!”

“This particular Boot Barn store has been the very best I've ever experienced and I wish I lived nearby to visit often! Plentiful inventory, wonderful prices and the most fantastic staff! Alexis greeted me initially and was so very personable, dressed the cutest, quite knowledgeable and insightful about my interests to buy a new pair of boots! She's the BEST! As I walked to the checkout counter, I knew I had found exactly what I was hoping to find and with the correct fit! John greeted me and was very personal, asked if I needed a water and stain proofing product, which I did being from out of town but knew I was going to wear my boots that evening and made sure I was all found in their system for rewards. There was another lady behind the counter, Angie maybe?, and I tell you between the 3 of them I had the most fun experience! Go see them folks, you won't be disappointed!”
