“Had to go to BaJaRons today, traveling from Florida to Michigan. First stop Pigeon Forge Tennessee trailoring my Spyder RT, unloading Spyder and bracket which protects reverse actuator was bent from bottoming out on trailer. At first it was stuck in reverse and hung up on trailer, no forward or neutral. Shut down bike and pushed it back onto trailer, used my car jack to push bracket back into place. Now forward gears working and no reverse. We ended up getting around the Smokies with no Reverse. Called BajaRon and explained my situation and they let me bring it in first thing this morning. They new what the problem was and had me up and running an hour later. I really appreciate that they understood I was just traveling thru and needed help and took care of me first thing. Thank you everyone at BaJa Ron”

The store is usually neat and I've never had any issues finding what I needed or getting help from someone to figure out what I need at times.”
“People were super nice my only complaint is I am currently in a wheelchair and even though it say wheelchair accessible it's totally not can barely get in and the " handicapped "stall no wheelchair is getting in there, I had to pee with door open.”

“I was out of town on a 3 week storm restoration company business trip when my company vehicle broke down on a Thursday evening. Scheduled to leave to go home on Saturday. I was in panic mode, and called several repair shops who all told me no way possible.
I called Bachman-Bernard Chevrolet 2 minutes before closing. Ted and Jeff went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was fixed on a Friday and I was able to return to home on time. It’s employees like Ted, Jeff and the unsung heroes in the shop that make things happen when there seems to be no way, and that can do attitude keeps people coming back. Y’all don’t know how much I appreciate you getting me going in what seemed like an impossible situation. I highly recommend this dealership for all your needs they were pleasant, easy to deal with and got me back on the road when no one else would even try! THANK YOU!!!”

“I backed into the front of my son's truck and completely ruined the left quarter panel, fender and bumper ,including the metal bar that holds on the bumper, everything was bent in,the paint had chipped and cracked, I even broke my tag holder. I asked Nathan for an estimate to fix all the damage, the price he quoted me was FAR more than reasonable, and was the best estimate I had gotten. I took my jeep in last Monday to have it worked on, Nathan looked at it and discovered it had more damage than he originally thought. He sent me pictures and explained what needed to be done I agreed and he started the repairs. Nathan sent me pictures of what he was doing every day and kept me well informed. I picked my jeep up about an hour ago and can not praise him and his father enough. You can't tell that it was ever damaged, it looks like it just came off the lot. They did a fantastically wonderful job and if I could give a 10 star rating I would. Great service, very professional, high quality, and very affordable.I highly recommend Custom Body Shop to any and everyone needing bodywork”

“I came in today 4/10/24 because both high beams went out on my car. Matt was a young associate you can to me when i walked in to see if he could help me. He didn't hesitate to come outside and immediately after going to the trouble of pulling out my right bulb new that it needed replacing and said he was sure the other one did too. He even showed me where both bulbs were blown. He took me back in the store and helped me purchase two new bulbs and then went back outside to replace them for me. He was a young man and didn't hesitate once and I am so glad he was the one to help this 70 year old lady, which was me!! “Brian Myers has come through in the pinch for me many times. He and his chief mechanic Elvis have installed rebuilt transmissions on my 1993 Nissan Hardbody truck and my 2000 Nissan Quest van. I was also recently able to buy the headlight control module for the van which enabled me to install LED bulb upgrades. I'm so glad I found these guys and would recommend that you check with them first when seeking hard to find parts or a repair quote”

I come in 8:45 am with collant leak I explain them my situation that my drivers already sitting for 2 days regarding collant leak so I have to be in and out quickly.
They promised me they will do their best and they did they change radiator till next morning 9AM what I consider super fast because they have ordered a part.
I was so grateful for how they did job.”
“Bought a New battery for my car, and noticed that it wasn't holding the charge. Kept having to charge it. Took the car to Kykers and they tested the battery and said it was the battery. So I took it back to Advanced and they gave me another New battery. No hassles, installed it.Happy customer.”
“Was quick and easy, much better than I was expecting. They kept me informed about when the service started and how it was progressing. The cost of mounting and balancing the tires was half the cost of local tire shops after doing a bunch of research and I got roadside protection for free as a Walmart plus member which is a $10 value per tire. I would definitely use Walmart auto center again for tires. Another plus was the tires I wanted weren't available at local shops but I was able to get them on Walmart,com not only cheaper, $22 per tire saving me $88, but they were at my door in 3 days!”
