“I called them to ask if they had something but they hung up on me. I would give them a five star if they didn't do that. The reason why I'm giving them a four-star is because I love the store and just because they did that and deducted a star”

“Last minute decision to stop here today. Glad I did, while checking out the meat department it became apparent that the meat in this store looked better and leaner than any other store in Greeneville. Including Food City, Ingles and especially Walmart. After mentioning this to an employee, she got the attention of the meat manager. She told him I had a compliment for him. I told him that this meat department has better quality and appearance than ANY store in town. He said he has been doing it for 42 years! Outstanding! He sliced a pork tenderloin for me, perfect for breakfast sandwiches. Everyone in the store was nice and very polite. You do not see polite people working in other stores. Great Job at this Save A Lot!!!”

“Absolutely love this store! It's always clean and fully stocked. The evening manager and staff are extra kind and go out of their way to help customers. I had purchased a prepaid debit card for the first time and was having issues and getting frustrated but they helped fix the situation when they didn't really have too. (It was an issue with the card company itself)”
