They keep me connected with my family. When I'm out on the road. For weeks at a time. I've always had service everywhere. I went in this country. And the people are friendly and helpful. I'm not going anywhere else

So in my experience, it was helpful that they were able to transfer data and relocate most apps at least to a new phone, but as far as offering information like a manual or recommendations for apps, or even sources to educate myself more so of the product and what it is good for and what it can do. For what is paid for phone service if it isn't in a more prioritized area as per 5G or if you have 4GLTE with 1-2 bars it just seems terrible and not even worth using sometimes. They offer ways to troubleshoot and diagnose over text and phone, but then they often send a link, and without internet access, or going to the store you'll never be able to get things resolved. It just doesn't seem all that. When I see a phone advertised, in the display it shows people smiling and pleasantly enjoying their product. I feel skeptical of the service and often just feel cheated of time and money sometimes.

The customer service at this Verizon branch truly impressed me! I'm new to Verizon and was helped immediately at the door. The staff was proficient and friendly. They answered all my questions and explained the details I wasn't familiar with. I would recommend this service and facility to everyone.

Worst company I have EVER patronized. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY unless you are willing to hire a lawyer to resolve the inevitable issues you will have. Customer service is trash and they are unwilling or unable to resolve simple issues. They will bounce you around to offsite customer service that are seemingly unable to do anything remotely related to resolve your issue or even pull up your account. They will keep your billing information on file even if you end your contract with them which leaves you vulnerable to cyber attack. They have gotten to the point where they feel too big to fail and will treat you as a customer in accordance. Please do not volunteer yourself for the inevitable headache that this company provides. Even if you do get a well-meaning employee on site who wants to help you, they are entirely hamstringed and unable to handle ANY issue with your account. You WILL have to go online or over they phone and whoever you speak to will either have an incredible language barrier or will literally tell you they don’t care if they can fix your problem because if you leave you’ll inevitably be back because the competition is garbage. There are plenty of mobile carriers that can and do blow Verizon out of the water and will do so with less headache and for cheaper.

Me and my husband went to Verizon tonight so I could upgrade to the IPhone 14 Pro Max and a lady named Sarah waited on us. Verizon, this lady deserves a raise, a promotion, a paid vacation, or something!!! I have always HATED going to Verizon because the customer service has been horrible, not once have I ever had a good experience, the workers have been rude and truthfully do not care about you, they acted like they literally hated their life working there. But, Sarah was so sweet, and her customer service skills were above and beyond! Even my husband made the comment about how kind and polite she was and agreed that they are usually rude… We had the best experience at Verizon thanks to her! So if you go and want a good experience and someone that cares and is honest, ask for Sarah. You won’t be disappointed!

I wanted to add a family member phone from a competitor to my Verizon plan, but found many issues with keeping their same phone number & phone. The Verizon store rep, Keya was very helpful to navigate me thru the challenges with the competitor during the process. I certainly appreciated her patience and assistance during the process.

I have had a time but every time I have an issue Keya Collins goes above and beyond! Her customer service, knowledge, and patience, and kindness exceeds everything! If I go and she is not there I will come back because I know she will do everything that is best for me! I cannot praise her enough so go and see Keya she is the best!! Thanks Keya you kill it every time!

Tried out their service was not happy with it, so we moved over to another company, still having trouble porting out a phone number, and having the phone service less than 10 days and cancelled seems they did not like that so they sent me a bill for $900. Even though all the phones were returned and service cancelled.

I’ve had an issue out of my phone ongoing for a couple weeks. I first went into the store to the return the device and the lady restarted the phone and stated it was just a little computer. I spoke with Brock a so called manager today about it and he found that the device had something not working properly. The solution was to send the device off and get a warranty one (used/refurbished) I bought mine new. I had an issue with that so he then stated he found nothing wrong with the device so it confused me as to why he would agree to make a false claim with warranty under Apple to get me out of the store. Unfortunately I have evidence needed in case they lie like the lady stated she never said what she said. Legality team, better business bureau and hopefully Apple will be in contact to investigate false claims, Mr. Brock it was nice meeting you.
