Slowest pharmacy in the area. Any time of day it takes atleast 20 minutes to pick anything up. Always under staffed and generally rude employees. If I could go elsewhere I would.

Very incompetent. I’ve tried twice now to get medication that my vet sent to this location. Got a call today with someone in the pharmacy to set up her dog profile. 2 hours later I get the automated call that her medication is ready. Guess what? I show up and they have no clue what I’m talking about. I ask how that’s possible considering I received 2 phone calls today for confirmation and they couldn’t give me an answer. Ridiculous. Don’t go here.

I would agree with previous reviews regarding this store. If you have a
Control substance, I would definitely not go to the location. I had called yesterday, and was told that they had the medicine I needed. My Doctor sent the prescription there and was told to call in the morning to get the medication precription filled. Of coarse this was a Saturday! I called as was told. While waiting I received a call from a women, Allison, and was told that they were not excepting new controlled medication patients. I explained I had talked to someone yesterday and nothing was said. I asked to talk to the manager and was told he was off this weekend and wouldn't be back until Monday.
I attempted to ask to talk to the pharmacist but Allison actually hung up on me. I would definitely find a different location!

I have dealt with CVS in the past and when my doctor’s office accidentally sent there I immediately called Walgreens to request them to transfer it to them. Walgreens left and message and also spoke with the tech., who said she would send it right over. 2 hours went by and nothing, so I called and of course I get their voicemail system. I left 2 messages 30 minutes apart explaining the pharmacy closes at 7and I really needed the RX. Of course they call me after 7pm and then have the nerve to tell me I could come and pick it up since it was ready. I’m sick and don’t feel like driving 30 minutes.
I don’t do business with businesses that I cannot speak with or who do not care about my medical needs.
I hope Corporate pays attention to the needs of their customers.

The phone system has changed at the CVS pharmacies. You cannot reach a pharmacist. You cannot get any answers about your medication. It’s very frustrating. My son needs a medication that he’s out of because they did not have it yesterday. They also had to order it today. This is aThey phone system has changed at the CVS pharmacies. They also had to order it today. This is a controlled substance he has to have daily Calling the system. They’re saying they don’t have it and then you call again and they do. It’s very frustrating. This phone system needs to be changed to where you can reach someone.

Customer service at the pharmacy is awful and after today I will be switching to Walgreens. The desk lady at the pharmacy had no clue what she was doing and had to ask about every medication for every customer which held up the line for 30 minutes. Then when I finally paid, they charged a card on file which I did not want then said “there is nothing we can do to fix it”. Ridiculous not to even mention the time they said my arthritis medication was an ANTIBIOTIC. Not sure where they got their education from.

The staff is very friendly and helpful and the service is second to none, so it's a great place to shop and the Pharmacy is a 💯💯💯above any other Pharmacy in town, point blank

I want to share the extremely great service I received 7/26 from Beth! She was very busy but still managed to find a thumb brace that would work for me. Although she was by herself and busy, she still assisted me pleasantly. I highly recommend asking Beth for help!!!

My 80-year-old father just got it out of surgery and I drove to this pharmacy to pick up his RX. I arrived five minutes till 9 PM (they close 9pm) and they had already closed down. With the window being shut, I ran inside to see if I could catch anyone and not only had the pharmacy closed early, but the pharmacist and pharmacy staff had already left for the night. People rely on these services up to the very last minute. There is no excuse for this.
