“I've (up until tonight) never had an issue with this store. Generally very nice cashiers and good atmosphere. Tonight however was running a little behind but still had nearly 10 minutes before 12 (closing time) went up to the door, which was already locked and attempted to nicely ask the male cashier that since there was nearly 10 minutes left if he would please quickly ring us up for a pack of smokes before shutting down the register. He wouldn't even open the door to attempt to assist in answering the question either way and instead shook his head and gestured with his hands he was still closing, even early. I understand 10 minutes is 10 minutes but it was also lost money and a customer who now feels they were treated very rudely”

It is my experience that this station consistently has the cheapest gas in the tri cities area. On my drives from Bristol to Weaverville NC I intentionally drive through Elizabethton to stop here for gas. The Walmart+ discount is a bonus. Elizabethton is a great city with real people and low prices!”
“As I'm omw north on hwy 91 was a little rock store I stopped to greet the new owner & to my surprise it was just as if I had stepped back in time squeaky floors, couple isles of food & a lady making hotdogs which seem to be the going thing customer after customer ordered the "HOT DOG " all the way . & That's where I was hooked e now I'm here to tell ya have those folks fix ya up one of those dogs you won't regret it”

“This is my one and favorite store ever. I will go out of my way if needed to go to this gas station only.yes, I know they did have and maybe still have this younger manger, yes he first started he had power trip yes. As many other younger people gets higher promotions would probably take that job and know they have to have everything right and wanting to make it better. I love all the staff my favorite one is Jennifer. She is the sweetest no matter bad day allot of people in a store even someone out of control. She is calm and will stay it take care of what is needed, but I will say she's the only one I see off work and when working busting her butt cleaning, stocking, getting the outside trash ground. You all are lucky to have that I bust my butt like that if I'm working. Now I've not ever just stopped by off work saw stuff needed be done took care of it. If anything she should be manager something. She is what makes that store and new manager at that and he does another store he's been there as well for a while now not as long as she has, but he's sweet and if they learn from someone that's jolly like jenny it would be the best for so many. This store tho, is when I say to others go to my store they know what store it is. That's my store I'd not ever cheat on it. Now if Jen left I would more than likely switch up stores, because it wouldn't be the same she knows most names she knows when you come in what you're getting she pays attention so it's like family to her not a job. Got to say best shaved ice machine store around hate they don't have styrofoam cups anymore. Shredded tiny ice chips. Love it especially if youre anemia, as I am. You don't have chew on it smooth and that will mess your teeth up ice eating as anemic we love ice missing a vitamin what that means or not enough iron so I'd suggest getting this ice. Goodluck don't ever stop this store being who's in it and feeling like family store. Jennifer tho needs all of us that love her services she gives us to be told she's great maybe even gift here there she’s amazing at her job not ever seen someone do so much and sometimes not even getting paid for it just helping out sweet. Like new staff too and they are opened 24/7 AGAIN YAY”
