I purchased a 2024 Crosstrek in early September and still don't have tags. This means the title has not been transferred and I've been paying payments on a car that is not legally mine. The dealers communications is pitiful. A text message once every other month. NO sense of urgency. Why should they care, they got their money.DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR THERE!!!

This was my first time buying a car and I was terrified. Luke B. made the entire process not only easy but enjoyable. He is so easy to talk with and explained everything thoroughly. I never once felt pressured into anything or blindsided. He worked to get the price down. Seriously, if you go to this dealership, ask for Luke. 10/10 would recommend.

Patrick took great care in helping us choose the right car for our needs. Julie was very patient and thorough in helping use complete the contract paperwork. Had a great experience here today. Got a nice ride today. Joey was super helpful. I'd been to 3 other places and no one showed as good customer service and hospitality as he did. He helped me by working with my needs and went beyond what was asked. Thank you Joey! Also all the staff was very helpful and nice as well, as well as the financial specialist.

I came with my girlfriend to purchase her car at Sutherlin this past Saturday. Since we live over an hour away, the price negotiations took place over the phone that day before she went to purchase the car. When we arrived at the dealership the next day, the pricing on the new vehicle was exactly what they promised on the previous day. There were no hidden fees or market adjustments to deal with. Also, there was no pressure from the sales or finance department to purchase products and services for the new car that my girlfriend did not want. A special thanks to Nick in sales and Bo in the finance department for making this a pleasant transaction. I will be recommending you all to my friends that are in the market for a new Subaru.

Liam at Sutherlin Subaru was incredibly helpful and easy to work with when I needed to replace my 08 Buick. He taught me everything that I needed to know about my new Forester and even took the time to program my favorite radio stations and pair my phone for Apple Carplay. I will definitely be back in the future when my family needs our next car.

On. August 17 2023 I took my Subaru Outback in for service. Upon arrival Rita was waiting at the door for me and she took me to Christian Reel to take care of my servicing. He was very professional in explaining to me what would be done and approximately the amount of time it would take and he took me and showed me the free snacks and drinks available while waiting. Within 5 minutes my car was being serviced and was finished sooner than expected. Christian explained to me what had been done in depth on my vehicle and Rita walked me out to a clean washed vehicle. This was a very good experience at Sutherland Subaru and I would recommend it to anyone.

Amazing Subaru people providing amazing service to Subaru car drivers. I have been to this location many times before and always liked hanging out in the waiting room but went here today with a two month old baby who was fed, changed and about to sleep; as soon as we went inside she got fussy and cried super loudly twice for almost 10 mins but all the staff was very patient and supportive along with the people waiting there. I felt very sorry for the noise she was making but they were very baby friendly and gave priority to finish my car. The facility is very clean, has a business center with computers and kids area with small table chair and books to read in front of snacks station. I’m happy I am a Subaru person.

Brought my 2012 Subaru Outback in for some significant maintenance work and repairs. Chris was extremely helpful and made sure everything got done. The car is running very well right now with no issues. I will definitely bring my car back for work in the future!

Rita, the service manager, was kind, informative and friendly. My car was serviced promptly. Everything was explained to me. Thank you all for great service

If I could put 0 stars I would. About 6 weeks ago, I took my Subaru Outback in to get serviced before my month long cross-country road trip. I drove an hour to get it serviced by Subaru so I could feel confident driving 8,000 miles by having subaru professionals tell me that my car is all good. I had asked to have everything checked over (including my spare tire kit) and had reported there was a very minor leak in my rear windshield. I explained I was going on this huge trip and wanted to feel confident that my car was up to shape for it. They charged us over $300. I paid this for basically an oil change and just to TELL me that they wanted to charge me an extra $400 to replace my rear hatch brake light. I took that rear windshield leak problem to my local auto shop and they fixed it for less than $100.BUT, what was more mortifying was the shape of the trunk of my car when I got home. My items in the trunk was lazily and messily thrown towards the front. They obviously showed no respect for my personal property. They broke the bottom piece and left it just like that. They did NOT even put my tire kit back in properly, then continued to close the lid and put the plastic mat back on top as if nothing had happened. No Subaru employee EVER mentioned anything about any problems with the trunk. I only discovered this after I drove an hour back home from the dealership. I was horrified and distraught because I was leaving that week for my trip. Finding my car in this shape instilled zero confidence in the quality of their service or in their report of my car being in good shape to drive 8,000 miles!I called them and reported this. After going back and forth, they finally agreed for a total refund of their services. It's been 6 weeks and still have not received that refund. They are unapologetic of this prolonged refund process. I will never be able to have confidence and trust in Sutherlin Subaru again.

Katie in sales is a person you want to assist you, especially in today’s buying atmosphere. A sales person that listens to you and tries to meet your needs doesn’t exist much anymore. However, my experience with Katie was unlike other salespeople I have dealt with. It was much, much better, and especially with a direct comparison to the other Subaru dealer in the Knoxville area, there is no comparison. It is worth going to see Katie at Sutherland Subaru.
