Preston was prompt at check-in. Had a loaner car available within 5 minutes. Called me when my car was ready for pickup. When I came Preston was out to lunch, but the other service rep got my car for me quickly. It had been washed and was ready to go. Great day for service. Thanks

We enjoyed working with Kalen Massengill, Nick Wicker, and Brandon Jordan at Sutherlin Subaru in Kingston, TN, to acquire our 2026 Forester Limited Hybrid. My wife has commented several times about how nicely we were treated by everyone there. Thank you for making this transaction a good experience,
