He is a nice guy & will be be glad to help JUST ASK HIM. His store is the cleanest I have seen in Chattanooga, every store is understaffed or have some out of stock but I promise his store is the one your gonna be most pleased with! Check for yourself!”

“Can we just start with expectations here first? This would not be a five star review for any other store than a dollar tree. As long as you know what you’re going into and have reasonable expectations this place will be fine. Expectations like this “ I’m looking for a place that has close to what I’m looking for” I don’t care that the place isn’t clean and there are boxes and carts everywhere, their likely will not be anyone available to check me out until standing in line for five minutes, and whatever I buy here is not going to last long. When you have those reasonable expectations in mind you may have a five star experience here. I mean it’s a dollar tree and it’s 2025, hey at least someone is showing up for work and the place doesn’t smell like weed!”

“This Dollar General Store is conveniently located less than a half mile from my home. So we frequently visit this location. We will visit for something as small as a pack of batteries, dog food, or as big as picking up a few groceries. On average, we visit about 3 to 4 times a week. The employees are consistently very professional, friendly, and helpful. I have never had any employees at this location ever be rude or unwilling to assist me. They are ALWAYS busy with stocking the store, assisting customers, or cleaning. I can't recall a time that I have went into this store and saw an employee just standing around doing nothing. Yet I have never been made to feel like I was bothering them whenever they had to stop what they were doing to help me. The store is like any other Dollar General. It always has inventory in the aisles, but it is never just left there. Someone is always working on stocking. This store is probably one of the better Dollar General Stores that is kept orderly as much as possible and 99.999% of the time has the products that I am going there to purchase in stock. Unlike Walmart, who has become notorious for being out of stock on the majority of products. If this Dollar General is out of stock on an item, it is usually because the company that produces it doesn't have it and not because Dollar General isn't good at inventory management. For example, we buy Purina Dog Chow Savory Beef flavor dry dog food. We always purchase it at Dollar General. However, in the past year, we have had trouble finding it. Even at Dollar General. But this is because Purina isn't sending it to the stores. Not because DG isn't handling their inventory levels. Also, the prices are pretty competitive. The only reason I don't give them 5 stars is because they don't accept manufacturer's coupons. I'm not sure why they decided not to do so, but I think this is a bad business decision. But with that said, you do receive a $5.00 off coupon on $25 or more from the store every time you shop that can be used on the following Saturday on any regular priced items in the store. I think that helps offset the no manufacture coupon policy a little bit.”
“This is the best stocked store around here as well clean. I was there 3 weeks ago and today prices have gone up again unfortunately the corporate greed has really taken a hold with them. The prices have gone up several times since last year but still the same ol'e cheap quality and of course that will always stay the same since it's cheap Chinese imports, which is okay but not for the price they are asking nowadays”
“It's better than has been for a while. The employees are much nicer as well :) They have also been stocking more merch and they don't leave the freight where it blocks the aisles either.
I gave 4 stars bc most of the time I go in to buy meds and they are out of it like 70% of the time.
Give it a chance bc they are really way better now! :)”

“This is the most well organized, well stocked, and cleanest Dollar Tree I have ever been to. Whoever is managing this store is doing a great job. This is my 'go-to' Dollar Tree in the Chattanooga area.”
“Clean, friendly and convenient to hixson pike. I would shop here for on the fly items and clearance. Lawn and garden needs some love but other than that a nice store.”

“So lately this store has been amazing. I noticed a larger supply of food, dog food and toys, household items, and novelty items. Its clean, has friendly staff, and great prices.”
“The store was clean and pretty well stocked. Some empty spaces but better than before. It was well stocked again today. But its not dollar tree anymore . It's the Dollar Plus Store. Just kiddin.”
“I don't know if it's due to lack of products on the trucks coming in, understaffed or just employees that aren't thrilled over their jobs. Many shelves were bare, disheveled, unorganized. I saw one gentleman taking things from a U-boat to place on the shelves. He didn't seem overly happy about either being there or his job. He wasn't rude, and I did observe him help an elderly cpl. Yet, his vibe said all that was needed. The cashier was nice, and seemed chipper enough. This isn't the 1st time I've been to this particular store & found the shelves in a terrible shape. I go to several Dollar Trees due to the great deals that can be found, when products are out to find. This particular store could use a renovation for sure. The employees could most likely use either more hourly pay or hours. I get why they work them as they do. Yet, when they see employees miserable. They should do better & create a better environment for their staff. Between the staff & customers. That's how they stay open. ?☺️”

“Always well stocked with a friendly & helpful staff. You can find almost everything here & it's a quick in & out. Problem is, you go in meaning to just grab one thing but by the time you reach the checkout you've found at least 10 other items you "need". A very convenient store & the prices are great.”

“This is my favorite place to shop, the store is small and I know every isle and it's close to where I live, the store is very clean, the staff are amazing, I would just say that the prices aren't as cheap as other places but not very expensive.”

“The first time I went into this store they were getting a new manager. The store looked horrible but I thought well they are getting a new manager we'll see.. I have been coming here for several months now and the store looks better and better everytime I come in. Kudos to the new manager who has came into the store and totally turned it around!! I think more people need to give this location another chance I know it has had a bad rep for a long time but just give it one more try!!”
“Went in today for a drink. I grabbed one, that the lid was messed up on it. I went back in, and Justin fixed my problem asap. The store was the neatest DG, I had ever been in. Management here should be commended. Very impressed.”

Just seeing them smiling at me and always being friendly and very kind always seems to put me in a better mood and I end up leaving there smiling.
