“I travel a very, very long way to use Brainerd Pharmacy. With a chronic health issue I've had to take prescribed medications for about 25 years. I've lived in 7 states and had to use many many different pharmacies. They ranged from good, OK, and then pull my hair out from frustration bad. For me, Brainerd Pharmacy has been the very best of ALL of them. They turn a necessary errand into a pleasant experience that makes it well worth the hour & 20 minute drive. I feel like I am valued, listened to, respected. Most of all they are sincerely dedicated to make sure that I receive the very highest standard of care. I enthusiastically recommend this Pharmacy whether you get regular monthly prescriptions or only when someone is sick.”

“That Sam's discount on gas helps. Be patient. There is always a bit of weight when it's busy, so have a few minutes extra when you fill up here. Must have a Sam's club membership or other qualifying membership to get gas here.”

“The new drive-thru was poorly designed because the lady at the window moves slower than a sloth, and her pace causes the line to block the side entrance and the truck unloading zone. I try to be friendly and greet her with a smile — although it’s not easy to get one back, I’ll keep trying. The pharmacists at this location are super, so I’ll keep coming back.”
