“We just started care for our pets at Shallowford Animal Hospital with a few appointments completed and a few more scheduled for the future and so far our experience has been awesome! The office waiting rooms as well as patient rooms are clean and comfortable. Their prices are very affordable compared to other vets in the area! And every vet tech, doctor and other employee we have met has been welcoming, communicative and caring! We will definitely be sticking with Shallowford Animal Hospital and highly recommend them!”

“There are not enough words to express the kindness, care and compassion that Dr. Mullin and his staff showed to both our German Shepherd and us. Cooper somehow ended up with a twisted stomach and emergency surgery had to be performed. It was at closing time when we brought him in and without hesitation he called in some of his staff that had already left and performed this life saving surgery. We would have lost our beloved shepherd had he not done so. Anyone looking for a GREAT vet and staff need look no further than The Animal Care Center of Ooltewah.”

“This has become our new vet. We are new to the Chattanooga area and tried several vets before choosing this one.
We had three dogs and recently had to put down our two older babies. Middle Valley was so sweet and even sent us a handwritten card for our loss.
Something I really appreciate here is the honesty. They will not have you continue to bleed money on things that aren't going to help your fur baby. They are in it for your fur babies' best interests and not making money. I truly appreciate that.

“I brought my miniature schnauzer, River, in yesterday on a Sunday for vommitting and having diarrhea with blood in it. He hadn’t eaten since Friday night. Dr. Brunagan and the staff were wonderful. They gave him fluids and nausea meds and he is already feeling better. He ate his dinner tonight and is getting back to himself. I cannot thank them enough for taking care of my baby❤️”

My German shepherd had an emergency splenectomy last night by DR Wearing. Me and my wife were a wreck but the nurses, doctors and surgeon made us feel a lot better given the situation. They’ve sent several updates and even a picture to let us know how he was doing since he is staying overnight. I know they are taking very good care of him. They took the time to answer our questions and did not rush us through anything. I am very appreciative of how we were treated.”

I don’t write a ton of reviews but the staff was so friendly, the process was so easy, and everything was successful so I felt like I had to share. I have never experienced a spay or neuter before since my other two dogs were adopted after the procedure had taken place. “Dr White has been taking care of my dog Toby for the past 13 years and she is outstanding as his vet. She is caring and answers any questions I may have.
Paige is also fantastic. She always remembers Toby when we come in and if I ask her a question she doesn't know, she will go the extra mile to find out for me.
The Inn at wolftever I will not recommend to anyone anymore. I have been taking Toby there for 13 years and I refuse to go back. The girls and groomer are judgmental and very rude.”
