Fifth Third Bank & ATM is lovely with very friendly staff. The service is great, kind, respectful and accommodating. Staff go above and beyond to help customers, making visits a breeze. They are great with small business and personal accounts. Customers have banked there for many years without a problem, noting the excellent service that still exists. Many continue to be long time customers.
They're like a checking cashing place! Most banks charge 7.00 they charge 2% of the check and they didn't say if you open an account there will not be a fee

Terribly ran bank. Been waiting over 3 weeks for information I was told I'd have in a couple days. Everytime I call they lie and say they'll call me right back.When I showed up to the location I was told I would have everything in a day or two I asked for. Still hasn't happened. Bank somewhere else.

This bank is lovely. All the staff are very friendly. The head teller, Eli, in particular, makes all my visits a breeze. I will continue to be a long time customer as long as Eli is there.
