“Overall great experience. The motel is in a wonderful safe location in Hendersonville. The scenery very near to the motel is beautiful. The lobby was small, but does the job. The lady at the front desk was nice. She gave me all the information I would need to know, and was very thorough with explanation. Breakfast was in that small lobby. It was prepackaged snacks/breakfast pastries. Very good selection. I got muffins, little debbie donuts, an orange, and granola bars.
The room itself was overall good condition. The sink and counter was clean. The bathroom was clean. The water pressure was good when you got the faucet working correctly and water got plenty hot. The bottom faucet was stuck on during the shower. My bathtub was shower only, with the switch being forced to shower. The bathroom light turns on the bathroom fan at the same time, and the fan was really loud. The bathroom was very small, the sink area and countertop was separate outside the bathroom.
In the room itself, the bed's were clean. The pillows had a few makeup stains. The outlets were loose. My microwave was dirty. Also, the floor beside the bed frames was gross. There were 3 dead bugs beside the bed frame, and on the other side there was a dead spider. I will say, though, I just think that the housekeeper they have just was being lazy. The bugs looked like they had been there dead for a while.
The walls were pretty thin so I could hear my neighbors beside me. The TV had cable, but half of the channels did not work. I would say maybe 20-40 working channels overall out of 200 possible channels. Every time I would press on a channel/show it would say it wasn't on the paid channel list.
The bed and pillows were very comfortable and soft. I loved my stay here and I am 100% coming back when I visit Nashville again. Great cost for the value you receive back.”

“The front staff was great, but the cleaning staff was unacceptable. We were there 4 days/nights, our room was cleaned 1 day and we had to catch them in the hallway, using interpretation.”

“We went here during the weekend for our church event for Lads to Leaders. It was very nice, but this place is like a maze if you haven’t been here. Rooms are very nice, especially if you get a room with a nice view. The service is very good especially security, my daughter scrapped her knee and reopened her wound and security was very voice and detailed about the situation. They even followed up with a phone call to make sure my daughter was ok. The food there looks and smells amazing, we had pizza for lunch one day. I only gave it a four star because it is very expensive here. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.”

“Nevermind the distance from the city. This is what a hotel experience should be like. Very clean, very quiet, very close to local shopping and eateries. Very attentive and friendly staff. And Brianna... World-class customer service with a smile and makes a MEAN lemon drop. Seriously, it's like lemonade Kool-aid for adults. This is the only spot I plan to make reservations at anytime I visit Nashville for an overnight trip.”

“This by far is the best hotel I have stayed in, in a long long time. Everything was clean and tidy. They folded the towels fancy and had bows on the toilet paper. I never expected to see something like that. The continental breakfast was A+ and offered a lot of variety and choices. It definitely was the best continental breakfast I’ve had at a hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for the Opry House. Highly recommend!!”

“It is a beautiful wedding venue that is reasonably priced. Mindy is amazing and super responsive to work with. They are transparent with prices which makes budgeting and wedding planning a lot easier.”

“Great value for the money. Clean, comfortable room. Liked the minimalist approach with bare floors and shelves instead of drawers. Because this Tru is also in the same building with a Hilton Garden Inn, the lobby was really nice, with a well stocked Market and a Starbucks. Would definitely return.”

“The breakfast is priced at $11.50 for adults and $4.50 for children. During Thanksgiving, the children's rate is increased to match the adult price, while the adult rate remains unchanged. Some may find this difference concerning, considering that the amount of food my 4- and 7-year-olds consume does not vary, and it might give the impression of prioritizing profit over fairness towards families with kids. It could be more equitable to adjust the children's pricing if necessary, as the current policy appears to focus on maximizing revenue from families with children.

After consulting with a different concierge, the fee for children remains at $4.50. Additionally, I attempted to contact the live chat; however, they did not respond.”

“As a member of the Elks organization, we find all Elk’s lodges across the country just as fun and friendly as our own. This lodge is no different. We had so much fun. Great food, fun new friends, and a very welcoming atmosphere.”

“I stayed at this location on my first visit to Mt. Juliet. I didn't know that my experience would be so different from previous hotels. The rooms are extremely clean and bright, and the location is close to shopping and the highway. On arrival, Oakland welcomed me as if I were a guest in her home; she was extremely hospitality! Oakland and the front desk staff were able to accommodate me in every way possible. Thank you for your customer attention!
After multiple stays at this Holiday Inn, I now understand why it soars above hotels. During my last visit, Renee went above and beyond, on separate occasions, to make my stay spectacular!”

“Have had a very good experience. Unfortunately when we arrived they took ours
Booking couldn't be found, but they gave us an upgrade to a larger room because the small rooms with king beds were all occupied, which was really great. The breakfast was great and rich. We would book here again. Great customer service”

“The hotel is very nice, clean and the rooms are very nice, breakfast ends early at 9 so I couldn't eat any day I was there, what I didn't like is that they don't clean your room every day so we had to ask for it. clean towels at reception”

“Our experience was good, we checked in online and was greeted with a smile at our arrival. We only stayed one night due to the air conditioning not working. Breakfast wasn’t so good, just the basics but overall was fine for that one night.”

“It's a family restaurant, the food is good, people are friendly. It's a nice place where you don't have to dress up, you don't have to worry what your kids may see or hear. It's what some people call a meat and three veggies.”

“We've stayed here a few times when we go to Nashville for a night to see a concert. Nice hotel, good location about 10 minutes from Downtown. Great choice to save $ on a stay.”

“We stayed three nights at this hotel and we were very impressed. Safe neighborhood, plenty of restaurants around, close to the Opry and the Opry Mills shopping mall. There is a shuttle that runs every hour that will take you straight into downtown (must call ahead, but the front desk will do that for you). The breakfast was great and had lots of variety. The lady working breakfast (I think her name is Renee) is wonderful and happy to answer any questions you have about the area. Some may consider the furnishings dated, but it is very clean and quiet, which is all I really care about. I'll definitely stay here the next time I'm in the area.”

“The unit although it is lovely is showing its age. The laminate flooring in the bathroom is separating the corners of the shower stall need addressing with some repairs and touch up there is rest in water residue and staining on the brass finish of the shower enclosure, the master bedroom window has lost its seal and has turned a ghostly White in both the upper and the bottom sections. It needs to be replaced.”

“We had a pleasant evening here. Right off the interstate, Dog friendly, decent breakfast spread(waffles, jimmy dean sandwiches, muffins, coffee, juice, bananas).
Understand that at this price point the place isn’t going to be amazing but it was clean. Some minor things, like dirty outlets and outlet covers, some dripped paint the last time it was updated, but that’s to be expected.
The room was clean, organized, and smelled great. I also appreciate when I see the back of house areas organized as I walked around.
We would easily stay again, especially because we travel with our goldens.

Rooms: Room was clean, smelled nice, although not perfect it was comfortable and would stay again. Dog friendly.

Safety: We felt safe, doors locked, parking lot was well lit, cameras were present.

Walkability: Easily walk to some close by restaurants”

“This place won't answer the phone because if they do, they'll have to lie or lose a customer.A different type of NO TELL MOTEL. The wife has never found me while hiding there.”

“Much better than the last motel which was a motel 6 in Tampa Florida. It was decent for the price.

Rooms: Decent room sheets and towels were clean.

Safety: We felt safe it was quite.”

“As I ride my bike cross country, this motel is above average in all categories. It's clean, well maintained, offers a sensible free breakfast till 9AM and has a nice pool out back.

I would classify this as a business level motel, but because it's semi hidden behind the neighboring Days Inn, I believe drivers may stop there first and miss out on this hidden gem, thus the lower prices per night for a relatively large room.

A bonus is the Waffle house immediately to the south and the Chicago Gyros across the street.

Safety: The area does have a reputation of crime, however the staff does seem attentive to the environment and is "on guard" with a reasonable amount of passive, preventative measures that I have observed. Being a little out of the way also helps as the highway forms a barrier to the north.

Walkability: Being on a commercial street, there are plenty of fast food places to the south.”

“Rooms: Overall, very clean, no carpet which is a plus.Safety: Very safe. The area looks rough but we had no safety problems.Walkability: Area is only walkable to fast food. You do need a car to get around from here.”

“This is the heart and soul of Music Valley Dr. Clean rooms, great service. Shuttle service downtown for $10 roundtrip. Plus Scoreboard Bar and Grill and Music City Bar are worth the stay. Cooter's and The Palace. Back entrance to Opry Mills. I show up, check in, get a shuttle downtown, come back and have met some very famous people at the local bars! I'll NEVER stay anywhere else!”
