“Highly recommend staying here. Rooms were clean and nice. Monica was extra amazing, friendly and had great personality. I would assume she’s the owner the way she treats the operation. Can’t beat it for the price!”

“The front staff was great, but the cleaning staff was unacceptable. We were there 4 days/nights, our room was cleaned 1 day and we had to catch them in the hallway, using interpretation.”

“We went here during the weekend for our church event for Lads to Leaders. It was very nice, but this place is like a maze if you haven’t been here. Rooms are very nice, especially if you get a room with a nice view. The service is very good especially security, my daughter scrapped her knee and reopened her wound and security was very voice and detailed about the situation. They even followed up with a phone call to make sure my daughter was ok. The food there looks and smells amazing, we had pizza for lunch one day. I only gave it a four star because it is very expensive here. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.”

“I was in Nashville, TN recently for a convention at Gaylord Opryland and chose this hotel as it was very close to the convention. I had a great stay here and the front desk staff, Crissi, was helpful. She helped me get a King Suite when I had only booked for a standard King room. I was there for 6 days and the bigger room certainly helped. The other staff was kind and helpful as well and honored by request for a pretty late checkout. The only thing I would like to see improved is a little variety in the breakfast options. I had breakfast only on weekdays and it was exactly the same. For a longer stay, that gets pretty monotonous and would prefer to have some variety there. The other thing was I spotted a spider's web over the bed. This is the second time I am noticing this at a Holiday Inn Express and may need to be looked at. BTW, I loved the towel decor, there were quite a few throughout the room. Thank you!”

“Nevermind the distance from the city. This is what a hotel experience should be like. Very clean, very quiet, very close to local shopping and eateries. Very attentive and friendly staff. And Brianna... World-class customer service with a smile and makes a MEAN lemon drop. Seriously, it's like lemonade Kool-aid for adults. This is the only spot I plan to make reservations at anytime I visit Nashville for an overnight trip.”

“It is a beautiful wedding venue that is reasonably priced. Mindy is amazing and super responsive to work with. They are transparent with prices which makes budgeting and wedding planning a lot easier.”

“Great value for the money. Clean, comfortable room. Liked the minimalist approach with bare floors and shelves instead of drawers. Because this Tru is also in the same building with a Hilton Garden Inn, the lobby was really nice, with a well stocked Market and a Starbucks. Would definitely return.”

“The breakfast is priced at $11.50 for adults and $4.50 for children. During Thanksgiving, the children's rate is increased to match the adult price, while the adult rate remains unchanged. Some may find this difference concerning, considering that the amount of food my 4- and 7-year-olds consume does not vary, and it might give the impression of prioritizing profit over fairness towards families with kids. It could be more equitable to adjust the children's pricing if necessary, as the current policy appears to focus on maximizing revenue from families with children.

After consulting with a different concierge, the fee for children remains at $4.50. Additionally, I attempted to contact the live chat; however, they did not respond.”

“As a member of the Elks organization, we find all Elk’s lodges across the country just as fun and friendly as our own. This lodge is no different. We had so much fun. Great food, fun new friends, and a very welcoming atmosphere.”

“We needed to book a hotel last minute that could fit us 7 (2 adults and 5 kiddos) and since we would only need like 8 hours to sleep and thats it wanted somewhere that we didnt need to book two rooms for such a short time. We checked in after midnight and the person at the desk was very nice and helpful. She got us in fast as we were exhausted from driving all day. The room fit us and was clean. Nothing fancy but was great. We all passed out fast and got up at 8 to shower and eat. The breakfast had a great selection and tasted great. The person running that in the morning was very nice as well. The price was great for the short stay and we enjoyed our short stay. Thanks!”

“I stayed at this location on my first visit to Mt. Juliet. I didn't know that my experience would be so different from previous hotels. The rooms are extremely clean and bright, and the location is close to shopping and the highway. On arrival, Oakland welcomed me as if I were a guest in her home; she was extremely hospitality! Oakland and the front desk staff were able to accommodate me in every way possible. Thank you for your customer attention!
After multiple stays at this Holiday Inn, I now understand why it soars above hotels. During my last visit, Renee went above and beyond, on separate occasions, to make my stay spectacular!”

“Great experience - Tina at the front desk was wonderful and Wayne in the breakfast area was as well. We were staying due to a power outage that was very stressful and had an amazing visit. Everyone working there was so accommodating. The entire hotel was so clean. Thank you for all your effort and kindess.

“Under normal circumstances, our stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites Nashville @ Opryland would have easily been a strong experience. However, given the emergency conditions surrounding our visit, the lack of empathy and flexibility around pricing was disappointing.
My family and I booked the hotel on Monday, January 26th after losing power in our home due to the snow and ice storm in Nashville. We were looking for a safe, warm place to stay that was reasonably priced and close to our residence, as we did not want to travel far on icy streets. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and met our immediate needs.
Andrea at the front desk was exceptional. She was compassionate, accommodating, and genuinely cared about our wellbeing during a stressful time. Her professionalism and kindness were the highlight of our stay, and we are very grateful to her efforts.
That said, after checking in and settling our family, I inquired about a rumored $99 “Emergency Stay” rate for local residents displaced by the power outage. While Andrea was unaware of such a rate, she did offer to research it and apply an adjustment if possible. Unfortunately, no accommodation or adjustment was ultimately offered, and we were charged over $182 per night for a double room—nearly $200 per night—for a two-night stay during a local emergency.
What made this especially frustrating was later learning that other Nashville hotels, including the JW downtown, adjusted their rates for displaced local residents to more reasonable levels. Additionally, it would have been helpful to be informed ahead of time about low water pressure due to ongoing renovations.
Overall, we appreciated the cleanliness, comfort, and especially the outstanding service provided by Andrea. However, the lack of empathy and pricing consideration during an emergency situation is the primary reason this stay does not earn five stars. A more compassionate approach in times like these would greatly improve the guest experience.”

“This hotel was great for the price. It was one of the cleaner rooms and hotels that I have stayed in for the price. The guy at the front was real nice checking me in as well as when I was checking out. The sheets on my bed were so smooth and comfy. The TV had a great guide and channel selection. My mini fridge worked great. Shower had good water pressure and super hot water. Breakfast was real minimum they get away with hot breakfast with a waffle maker. I don't usually do hotel eggs anyways. But they have cereal muffins bagels yogurt apples.”

“The continental breakfast was interesting. The drink machine gave straight syrup. Would recommend not eating breakfast. Only negative about room was the water did not get hot enough and then was going cold before two minutes. Other than that the bed was super comfy.”

“Clean rooms, great service. Pet friendly. Outside access. Price was a little on the high side. No coffee pot in the room. Continental breakfast had very little variety.
If in Nashville Tennessee again would stay here again.”

“It's a family restaurant, the food is good, people are friendly. It's a nice place where you don't have to dress up, you don't have to worry what your kids may see or hear. It's what some people call a meat and three veggies.”

“Perfect for just a one-night stay. I wouldn't want to stay here for a week but it's conveniently located. The room was very clean. The staff was friendly. Overall a good experience for what I needed it for.”

“We stayed three nights at this hotel and we were very impressed. Safe neighborhood, plenty of restaurants around, close to the Opry and the Opry Mills shopping mall. There is a shuttle that runs every hour that will take you straight into downtown (must call ahead, but the front desk will do that for you). The breakfast was great and had lots of variety. The lady working breakfast (I think her name is Renee) is wonderful and happy to answer any questions you have about the area. Some may consider the furnishings dated, but it is very clean and quiet, which is all I really care about. I'll definitely stay here the next time I'm in the area.”

“We had stayed at a different hotel for 2 nights when the GM decided not to honor his promise of allowing us to stay day by day. Essentially, we were kicked out of our room. We were struggling to find a pet-friendly hotel in Hendersonville when we found the Hyatt. I cannot say enough good things about Kiersten and Chad. They told us they did not have hot water, but that was not a deal breaker. They informed us it was being taken care and we trusted them. They allowed us to rebook our room daily because we did not know when we would have power again. We bonded with others at their bar and made the best of a terrible situation. I cannot say enough good things about Kirsten and Chad. They were absolute LIFESAVERS!”

“Came to Nashville on a real busy weekend to stay two nights and didn't know it till we were there. Everyone was either sold out or just had one night available. Called fiddlers inn and they had only one night also. I told them that I would take the one night but would like to be put on a waiting list which they agreed. Came in to check in and he had talked to his manager about a 2nd night for me. The manager agreed to open up the last room for me. I had a great 2 day stay with no worries. This is my go to place from now on. Thank you guys very much.”
