“The room is generally comfortable and large enough.
I wish Hyatt would redesign the bathroom door that you can only close by stepping into the shower. Consider a pocket or barn door. Also, please separate the bath light and fan to encourage ventilation use even with the light off. The AC below the window blows across the bed, but the sitting area was more than 5 degrees and sometimes nearly 10 degrees warmer at the wall thermostat than in the bed area.”

“I stayed here with my mom while visiting Nashville. The room was really nice even though the USB ports between the beds and the wall plugs under the tv were not working. Pool was really nice. Laundry room was nice and the washing machines cost $3 per load, dryers cost $3 per load with the option to add 5 minutes for $.25 each and the washing machines and dryers only accept cards and contactless payments, the fitness room was really nice. The room keys are tap to the lock and I was able to put my room key in my wallet and just tap the back of my wallet to the door. Breakfast was really good with cinnamon rolls my favorite item. Staff were friendly”
“The room were clean and very nice. Especially for the price, I was surprised at how spacious the room was and the ammeties. The staff was very friendly and attentive and helpful. The pool was closed that weekend, which was very disappointing as that was the reason we chose that hotel over another cheaper one. Friday night, we were given a pass and able to go across the street, to a neighboring hotel. And use their pool. But Saturday we were told both pools were close for the weekend for maintenance? Seems like an odd time to me. The weekend is the time people travel. The website didnt mention anything about the poll closure and we werent told that upon checking in. I also was told that the coffee pot in the room was K-cup compatible. It was not and it was a wrrod kind of basket too. Not a normal filter basket, but a little tray that you pur the grounds into. I was not able to use the cofee pot, as I thought I could use K-cups so thats the only kind I brought with me. They di have a small stove, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher in the room. The kitchen light was flickering but after we mentioned it. We came back a few hours later and it was fixed. Had to request extra towels and new sheets. We decided to extend our stay to 2 nights. I guess since we were only booked 1 and then extended, house keeping didn't come by. So we had to ask for extra towels and sheets and change it ourself. The shower doesn't have a door, so the water goes all over the floor and makes it very dangerous and slippery. I'm an athletic 26 y.o. female and almsot slipped getting out. Its a bad setup. They need a ledge or doors to keep the water in.”

“Stayed at this resort for a work conference, and it is HUGE. There’s ton to do inside of the resort - spas, restaurants, bars, swimming, conference rooms, meeting spaces, etc. It was easy to find the meeting spots as they were all situated in one area. The room was your standard room (2 queen beds) and had a balcony attached. What I didn’t like about my room was the connecting door as I could hear my next door neighbor and that made for an irritating stay. Other than that, it was a nice place to be for my stay!”
“Both courses have good layouts and are in generally good shape. The pro shop staff is friendly and accommodating. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the pace of play was painfully slow (5.5 hour round) and the marshals weren't doing a darn thing about it. I've been playing here for 25 years, and it is getting busier and busier. Great problem to have as a course, but you need to keep the pace of play in the 4.5 hour range.”
“Great value for the money. Clean, comfortable room. Liked the minimalist approach with bare floors and shelves instead of drawers. Because this Tru is also in the same building with a Hilton Garden Inn, the lobby was really nice, with a well stocked Market and a Starbucks. Would definitely return.”

“We moved up from FL and walked into an absolutely nightmare of a rental needless to say we needed a hotel and one fast we came across this sweet little spot. The staff is unbelievably kind and supportive. The room was amazing clean and wonderful complimentary breakfast. I couldnt thank the staff here enough!! Five stars all the way!”

“You will not regret staying here. The staff is so friendly. The rooms were squeaky clean. We stayed there are about a month and it was worth it. We had two pups too and they were happy and comfortable. Great breakfast setup. Everything was clean. The staff was extremely accommodating. It was nice and quite. Thank you!”
“My husband and I are looking for a good RV Resort or Park to parkour Fifth Wheel in in the Elks was rather new to us I've heard of it but the more Linda told me about it and Amber the more we enjoyed what they're about and would be proud to be part of that helping out the community is top priority and you can't find that too much in today's society we need more places like this and lots to offer as well very friendly people can't really say enough good things about it was very impressed”

“I stayed at this location on my first visit to Mt. Juliet. I didn't know that my experience would be so different from previous hotels. The rooms are extremely clean and bright, and the location is close to shopping and the highway. On arrival, Oakland welcomed me as if I were a guest in her home; she was extremely hospitality! Oakland and the front desk staff were able to accommodate me in every way possible. Thank you for your customer attention!
After multiple stays at this Holiday Inn, I now understand why it soars above hotels. During my last visit, Renee went above and beyond, on separate occasions, to make my stay spectacular!”

“The hotel is nestled in to the back of a series of hotels in the Opryland area, not hidden, but definitely not upfront. We found the area free of traffic and noise, the entry to the hotel was clean and sanitary, and the lobby was also clean. Our room Was sufficient for what we were looking for. The AC worked fine, and it was definitely roomy with plenty of space in the living area, The bathroom is kind of tight though. The fleece felt safe, I didn't see a lot of people lurking around.”

“We had a wonderful experience. The bathroom was very clean, the a/c was cold, the staff was friendly, and the beds were comfortable. The location was great, we were 0.2 miles from a pizza place that was in a shopping plaza. The pool was clean and it was all one depth, which with kids that took the worry off since I knew that could touch the whole pool. The only negative was in the back of the building, there was broken pieces of glass all along the dirt and grass area. Not sure if that was from a broken window or what, but it should be picked up so kids don't pick it up or so someone doesnt step on it.”
“It's a family restaurant, the food is good,people are friendly. It's a nice place where you don't have to dress up, you don't have to worry what your kids may see or hear. It's what some people call a meat and three veggies.”

“I just moved here and while I waited for my apt to get finished I rented a room from tgis location for about 3 weeks. Hands down the best around. What I like the most was how safe I felt while staying there because although the location can look rough (not the hotel), the staff and the clients they deal with are professional. I worked 6 days a week and my room was always cleaned with fresh bedding and bath linen. My mattress was to die for and they have a friendly dog.”

“Stayed for a week because I just started a job here. Moving from Huntsville, Alabama. From my experience, it was clean, neat,& everything worked properly. My only complaint was the price. I paid $455+tax for a single adult male without pets. The next week a quickly found another place that had a kitchenette & was $150/ week cheaper. Makes a huge difference when you're trying to save money for a deposit in an apartment.”

“If I could figure out a way to give them 6 stars I would!! I stayed a few weeks and its been a pleasure. The location is perfect. There is everything around. Monica works the desk and she is courteous and efficient and very knowledge about the area. The pricing is more than fair. The rooms were clean. Hot water doesn't run out. Housekeeping dependable. Quiet the whole time I was there. Safe; I never worried about my surroundings. If you get the chance to stay you absolutely should!! 💯
