“I have been visiting The UPS Store (Glenbrook) in Hendersonville, Tennessee, for years now - sometimes to ship packages, but often to deal with Amazon returns. Many of the same women have worked at this location during the entirety of my patronage. They have always been so kind and accommodating when it comes to my very picky way of handling my returns (and they never give me a hard time about it). They are helpful in finding the best and most economical ways to ship items, which is particularly helpful to those of us who don't use the service regularly. I know from experience that not all stores have employees who serve their customers this way, so I am especially thankful for this location and the people who work there.”
