“After searching all over Nashville for someone to process my passport application, this is the only place that got me in and out less than 10 minutes. They take walk-in’s mainly M-F 12:30-1:30. They treated me so nice. I felt so relieved after hesitating on driving from Smyrna, TN to Hendersonville which is about a 50minute drive.”

“Hands down the most amazing post office and their employees! Ken has helped me a few times this week as I struggled to bring in a bunch of boxes. He came to me and offered help which I accepted. He then took my boxes and carried them for me. I had just left the hospital so his help was a big deal to me. Sometimes people do things and don’t realize the impact they have on someone’s life so I just want to take the time to say thank you. He touched my life and want people to know.”

“Have visited this location 4-5 times to pick up items requiring a signature. Always have visited on a Saturday as that's the only time I can get there. There has never been much of a wait so that has been nice. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. No complaints at all. Could be a lot worse, right?!”

“Mt. Juliet post office is second to none. Their friendly counter service and the consistency of their deliveries deserves a special thank you. And for those who complain about the mail, you can deliver your own mail. USPS. A quality service with quality employees for a very fair price...If you notice on the :QUALITY: 1943 advertisement, it only has a 2 digit zip code..I always use the United States Post Office for all my shipping needs...

“A beautiful piece of Old Hickory Village history that still exists and is running. Walking inside is like entering a time machine. The wood and brass—it’s lovely. Yes, on some days it would be nice to have more than one window open, but I’ve been going there for twenty years and the most time I’ve ever had to wait is ten minutes. I remembering Nashville waiting up to 45-60 minutes—especially before Amazon, UPS and Fedx existed. We were all at the mercy of postal workers working at the counters, some of whom—well, that was a different time. This post office feels stress—free and pleasant. Staff is very attentive. No egos behind the counter. Friendly to everyone who comes in. That’s been my experience. Anyone coming into the village for the first time should definitely make a short visit inside.”

“I have visited this location 5 or 6 times in the past few months and recommend it. The lines have always been short and I was able to take care of my business pretty quickly. The main issue for this post office is the parking. There is very little parking and the spaces are tight, especially if you drive a pickup. That said, I have not had problems finding a space so far, but I can imagine it will happen eventually. There is virtually no street parking.”
