“Having taken a job near this post office, I've used the facility three times in the past week. What it lacks in size it more than makes up for with customer service. I frequent Nashville post offices for business reasons, and this location has some of the most helpful workers of any post office in town. They're conveniently located near I-40 and never have a line!”
“Went to Dickerson post office and they closed at 440 said girl was by herself and couldn't see no more people so came to Gallatin road location and there was a line of people at 4:50pm when I got there And she's still waiting on everyone in line and still let people come in after me and wait it on them much better customer service at this location”
“I love my neighborhood post office! Whenever I go in and Killian is working she is so friendly. I just walked out today feeling so happy after my short conversation with her so I felt compelled to sit in my car and write a review quickly!
Unfortunately I feel like the standard USPS experience not enjoyable for most people. But I truly enjoy interacting with the staff at this location. Killian is especially very friendly, upbeat, helpful, seems to enjoy her job and is also very knowledgeable.
I also really love that if there is ever a line, I can use the self service machine in the lobby.
All around I really enjoy our little East Nasty Post Office!

“I needed to return a call regarding our premium forwarding service that had inadvertently cancelled due to my credit card number changing abruptly after some fraudulent charges. Linda had contacted us to let us know that the carrier was questioning if it should really be delivered. When I called, I was directed to a representative and the phone rang only 2 or 3 times and Linda answered and was able to assist me right away. Linda is just amazing! She is always friendly, knowledgeable and extremely competent!”

“I love this office. They are the main office in the area so they are open long hours - even on Sunday. Hardly any wait and the clerks are always helpful and friendly. I send many packages out of state & they seem to arrive a day or two earlier compared to other offices that are closer to me. So I will continue to drive past those other post offices to go to this one.”
“As Nashville post offices go, and there are many, I'd rank this my one of my favorites in the metro area. It's always efficient, busy but with a fast-moving line thanks to the talented employees. The postal facility is also conveniently located in the heart of Green Hills.
I also have a theory that local post offices have low ratings because the only people who rate them online have some sort of complaint. Maybe my review will add a reasonable perspective.”

“A beautiful piece of Old Hickory Village history that still exists and is running. Walking inside is like entering a time machine. The wood and brass—it’s lovely. Yes, on some days it would be nice to have more than one window open, but I’ve been going there for twenty years and the most time I’ve ever had to wait is ten minutes. I remembering Nashville waiting up to 45-60 minutes—especially before Amazon, UPS and Fedx existed. We were all at the mercy of postal workers working at the counters, some of whom—well, that was a different time. This post office feels stress—free and pleasant. Staff is very attentive. No egos behind the counter. Friendly to everyone who comes in. That’s been my experience. Anyone coming into the village for the first time should definitely make a short visit inside.”
“Went to this location, which is close to work, to submit my first ever passport. I had a couple of issues filling out to form( blue ink instead of black and wrong amount on payment money order), the clerk Deb was extremely helpful and patient with me, straightening everything out, doing a fairly good photo, and giving me a more confident feeling that the process will go well.”

I had intended to be home today to accept some flowers I had ordered. I was afraid the plants would die if they were left to roast in the sun- so I left a note and asked if he or she could put them in the shade under the stairs. I hoped the person delivering them would see it. They did! I came home to see them tucked away in the shade, safe.

“I went in this morning 2/11 to drop off a package but to also get help on my missing package that was declared to be delivered. I got help right away on the issue and they gave me a solution if it didn’t show. They called the driver to correct the issue. And luckily, it showed up later today! Staff is super attentive and nice.”
“I would like to share a positive experience with the United States postal service Donelson branch. I know I've had some bad experiences with them but I would like to tell you about Darius. I rarely use that branch, but I had a couple of things on different days to mail quickly so that's the closest one to my home. On both days Darius was so pleasant and really wanted to help me figure out exactly how I should send the items for the best price. I got great service on two different days with Darius and I sure appreciated it

“The ladies working at this post office were doing a phenomenal job today! I went in to ship a small package and people were piling into the post office right before they were scheduled to close. The 3 women working were helpful and in good moods. One was even processing dozens and dozens of packages for a woman shipping tons of small boxes. I even bought some stamps and told them that everyone in line is thankful for the work they are doing during the holidays.”
“For people who have had an issue with them being closed and the hours on Google being incorrect, please submit a suggested change in hours on Google so that others don't go through what you went through. Idk if that suggested change in hours actually works, but maybe it will if we all submit it for the 8:30 am to 5 pm they actually seem to operate.
I haven’t personally had an issue with this post office. The workers aren’t overly friendly, but I don’t expect them to be. We are all people and don’t need to be “on” all the time, even in a customer service job. I have had good interactions with the staff who tell me what I need if I’m missing something. Their policies on buying tape are ridiculous, but the customer service people aren’t the ones making that policy.”

“Super friendly lady who works here. It's a super tiny USPS store with only 1 worker here FYI unlike other USPS with larger store setting with multiple people working so if you come here to ship something and time sensitive, you may need to wait a bit so just know that. If you need personal help with package I would come here for sure though because lady super nice, helpful, caring, unlike others I have been to so I really appreciate her being here.”
