I originally dropped it off at their Nashville location, but shortly after they asked me if they could transfer the car to their Hendersonville shop so they could complete it faster.

After dealing with insurance estimates and the parts shop sending the wrong door moldings to fit my car, TriStar's actual repair process was finished within a week or two. The whole process did take longer than I expected, but not really TriStar's fault at all...

I got a few texts throughout the repair process, updating me when my vehicle was in a new stage of repair.
