U-Haul Moving & Storage of Hendersonville is a decent facility with friendly, helpful, and cool staff who provide great customer service. Many customers report the employees are amazing, go above and beyond, and are super friendly even when busy. The trucks and car haulers are consistently clean and in good operating condition. While the entrance signage can be misleading and there is ongoing road construction, the overall experience is very pleasing. Customers have rented many times and would recommend this location to anyone, often driving out of their way specifically for the service received.
The young lady that assisted me was awesome. Then when I had an issue with my blinkers and had to resolve that prior to renting, the gentleman in the back also assisted me. Always good service here.

The service was excellent. We didn't have to wait and were on our way with a U-Haul rental within minutes. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. We would highly recommend this location to anyone looking to rent a U-Haul.

I’ve rented from this location several times and the experience is always pleasant. Brandon consistently provides an excellent customer experience. My return yesterday with a young lady (cannot recall her name) was just as excellent. Highly recommend.
