“I modified my review as I had a much more scathing review of them and I still don't agree with all of their business practices but they have gotten a lot better. I've forgotten to a pay for a few weeks just because most of my payments are automated and this one I actually have to go in for. They don't pester me and I end up going in and paying ahead when I remember it. But they will send a tow truck eventually if you don't pay for several weeks instead of calling you and telling you that you are behind - which sucks. The tow truck has called me and said they wanted to pick up my car. I was like, "Oh... I'll be in tomorrow and take care of the payment. I forgot." and that was that. Except I had to pay a fee when that happened. I would recommend they need to call people when they feel the person is behind instead of taking this strategy. But other than that.... Overall, I do like these guys. They seem like they are trying to do the right thing but likely they deal with losers that skip out on their payments so often they don't know what to do with a legit customer who isn't trying to run from their payments. They have a good selection of inventory. Jason is a friendly, honest, and good guy. If you have a spotty credit history and want to get a car easily with downpayment in hand this is the place for you. They did repair a few parts when I initially had issues so they have some integrity too.”
