Upgraded service.
Already had service so no install other than changed gateway and that is probably the problem with most of these reviews. So much cable out there might need to be replaced but change to the new router and Wifi.
II that doesn't work then it's probably a connection somewhere on your property

I absolutely hate their robot telephone,, it's impossible to reach a human for special help. I give it an F-
I went to the store and was taken care of instantly !!
