Upgraded service.
Already had service so no install other than changed gateway and that is probably the problem with most of these reviews. So much cable out there might need to be replaced but change to the new router and Wifi.
II that doesn't work then it's probably a connection somewhere on your property

Show up, sign in, employees only seem to wait on people buying things rather than take customers in order. Was going to renew my contract for the internet. Waited 40 minutes and got skipped over at least 3 times for people who showed up later. About ready to blow this place off and go with another service. This is the biggest joke of a company!

I want to give this store a great big shout out. Had a 12:30 appointment with them. Troy checked us in. While working which was about 5 mins. Our retail sales consultant Lindsey Hall provided us with great service. We had 14 cable boxes that quit working and she took the time to address everyone. Out of 14 boxes we had, she was able to exchange out 12 of them. The community has gotten this good progress in less than 2 weeks, while others didn't make any progress with them. Very professional and great customer service. Thanks so much Lindsey for taken care of us. Look forward to doing future business with you.

Absolutely cannot reach a live person by phone!!! Even our local store does not have a local phone number in order to get help!! Horrible customer service!!!

BEWARE! You're signing a 2 year contract. It was on me for not reading through the entire contract, but at no point did the representative tell me I was signing up for a two year contract and that there would be a cancelation fee. They had awful service in the Hendersonville, TN area, their customer service is awful, and I will never have them or recommend them to anyone again.

These MORONS came to my home ran wires, drilled into my exterior placing their boxes then left it like this I suppose after realizing they did the WRONG HOUSE!!!! After multiple phone calls and being placed on hold forever. This crap is still on my home and running over my lawn!!!!! I have lived here for a year and a half. Original owner and DID NOT do business with Xfinity. WHAT A JOKE!

Worst service possible. Constantly spinning, freezing up, going off all together. You can’t talk to a human to get satisfaction with a fix that works. One robot after another that doesn’t know what the blazers you’re talking about. Don’t use Xfinity people anybody but Xfinity they’re horrible.

Friendly service, but very inefficient. I came to the store to return some old equipment. I was greeted, asked for my name, and then was told "we will call you up." There were several customers ahead of me, and several already being helped. The equipment return would have taken 30 seconds and I would have been on my way. Instead, they told me to wait. I left. Even though it is "preferred" that equipment be returned to a store, I will ship the equipment back to xfinity instead.

Don't try to drop your equipment off in person unless you take the rest of the day off work. Would be better to mail it.

Xfinity has a rate of 0 stars for me, and this store would have it too, the extra is because of Elvis, the one with a good attitude, willing to help and doing the job that his manager didn't want to.
My story, I tried to cancel my Xfinity service for 3 MONTHS, yes, months, 3 months that I didn't used the service and got billed for it.
At this store the oldest guy supposedly had everything cancelled but oh surprised, he didn't. When I came looking for the manager on 6/18 at 2 pm she preferred to not talk to me and have someone else (Elvis). At least Elvis didn't make it more painful, but with no doubt I'll use or recommend Xfinity ever again.
If you are thinking about getting Xfinity try calling customer service. Someone in India will pick up, will tell you to wait and after hours of waiting will hung up on you. Is that the kind of service you want to pay for?
