    Just be prepared to "WAIT"! Second, try to change out a cable box that had stopped working. They opened up at 10:00 I arrived at 9:40. Nine (9) people were already forming a line. My first thought was, " I should have brought lunch."

    I Had been with Xfinity for 10 years, at my current residence. Not counting the 15 years prior at other locations.I have Never had such poor customer service and blatant lies to the point that I canceled all of our services.Not sure what is going on with Xfinity but, I would rather go to a mom and pop than give you more... read full comment

    I've had cable difficulties for four (4) days. I've called three (3) times to avail. Customer service is non-existent. Can never talk to a live person person. How do you get. anything but a bill????
