“FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE! My laptop was only 2 months out of warranty. Adele checked it out thoroughly and thought it may be a motherboard issue. He guided me on how to extend my warranty with Lenovo, which would likely be the much cheaper option, when he could have easily done the work and charged me. I went to pick it up to send back to Lenovo and he wasn't even going to charge me, even though he spent time taking it apart and trying different things (I still paid him something, I insisted). And he went to the trouble to send me links and screenshots on how to extend my warranty. That is EXCELLENT customer service! And to top if off, he must be magic, because after I got it back home from his shop, I decided to leave it on the charger overnight and somehow, miraculously it booted up the next morning and is behaving as if nothing was ever wrong! He's amazing! I texted him and he laughed and said sometimes power and battery issues can be strange and intermittent. He wouldn't let me pay him more $$ for it. He said to keep using it and if I have any issues to make sure to use my warranty claim (which won't even bring him any business). Great guy, great shop! Highly recommend!”

They are so helpful and with their attention to detail and confirming accuracy and with the best price, it don't get any better than this. The store must have a really great manager and it's reflected through the talented employees for sure. They quickly become your dependable go to people place. If you want to save a ton of money and skip the dealership ripoff they actually have in stock your year, make and model car key fob shell and can remove your existing circuit board from your dis functioning fob and put it in the new fob shell and it works perfect instantly and costs way way way less. Do avoid the dealership lies because even lock smiths do this service when you need it and again for way way less fees.”

“What an amazing little shop!! Was in and out in 20 minutes (got sugar in my charging port) Patrick was able to get my phone charging again no problem. Didn’t try to push unnecessary costly repairs but did let know if my port quit working it would have to be replaced but he would credit today’s repair cost to the replacement. Also the vibe in the store was something else. Almost everyone that came in greeted Patrick by name. Though they had a steady stream of customers no one was impatient. When I mentioned I found him by google and he had the best reviews a couple of gentleman agreed and said he was the best in Nashville. I absolutely agree!! Skip big name stores and come here where Patrick is friendly, knowledgeable and very reasonably priced you won’t be disappointed with his services.”

“I drove over to Opry Mills from Mount Juliet because I they said they have the best prices for cell phone repair. I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max that had the back screen and camera both cracked. I was quoted $120 for the back and $250 if I do the camera and the back. I went in just expecting to replace the back. I ran around and went shopping. He told me it would take about 40 to 45 minutes. When I got back, he surprised me and told me that he fixed not only the back of my phone but the camera as well. I was so pleased I was jumping up and down. The repair is great and so was the service.”
