I walked in the other day day needing to finish a project, told her the name and she said “One of my favorites! It’s right here!”
Not 5 minutes later I was looking for a yarn that was out of stock. She asks me which one and then says “Hang on, I think it just came in”.
She had been unloading stock that had just come in. She dug through the stock and came right back to me with it.
You know….you can really tell when someone loves their job and does it with a smile.

To make a day of it go to the candle & perfume workshop (story fragrance library), check out local shops, and eat at Sam’s Sports Grill which is right on the water. Makes for the best half day!”

She took the time to help me find pieces that truly fit my style, including a few I never would’ve picked on my own but ended up loving.
The shop itself is adorable and thoughtfully curated, with items that feel unique and special. You can tell everything is chosen with care. I left with something I’m excited to wear and a genuinely good feeling from the whole experience.

“Great experience yesterday with Danielle! She was awesome at helping us figure out how to use the credits from our unused warranty. However, the overall credit process is broken and incredibly unclear. Months ago, we visited the Mt. Juliet store for help, and an employee told us he couldn't assist unless we were spending additional money. Frustrated, we left, went to the Franklin location, and ended up spending $3,500 on a new couch we hadn't planned on buying.When I returned to the Mt. Juliet store later, Danielle helped us. She was incredibly sweet and understood our frustration. We decided to wait for our second set of credits to combine them for a new chair. Yesterday, after Danielle spent 30 minutes on the phone with corporate, we found out they cannot be combined. Now, we have to order a bunch of small items to use up $1,300 in credits. It is incredibly frustrating that these credits cannot just be used freely in-store, especially since we were previously told they couldn't be used on clearance items. Despite the corporate headache, Danielle is the best, and we will continue shopping here as long as she is around!”
