She handled my issue involving a lawn mower that was delivered in front of my garage (blocking the car inside) and then it would not start. After a number of conversations and trips to the store regarding the possibility of repair or removal (in a timely manner), the problem was finally solved by Amber who advised me that there had been issues with new mowers delivered with dead batteries. Amber suggested that I try jumping the battery which immediately solved the problem which prevented me from buying from another dealer. Amber was patient and professional with me throughout my frustration with the incident. Thanks Amber! You are Appreciated.”
