All of the ladies is appliances are very knowledgeable and nice. Ms. Gloria always have a beautiful smile. The 4 appliances i purchased was done from Lowes because she really knew her stuff. And one the 4th of July Loes gave hots and cold water. It was a treat in 100+ degree heat.
