“We went here during the weekend for our church event for Lads to Leaders. It was very nice, but this place is like a maze if you haven’t been here. Rooms are very nice, especially if you get a room with a nice view. The service is very good especially security, my daughter scrapped her knee and reopened her wound and security was very voice and detailed about the situation. They even followed up with a phone call to make sure my daughter was ok. The food there looks and smells amazing, we had pizza for lunch one day. I only gave it a four star because it is very expensive here. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.”
“Everything about my stay there has been exceptional, if I could add an extra star for the manager, I would! She is so friendly, kind, and accommodating! This is my new home away from home when I am working my second job!”

“I just returned from spending Christmas at Waymore's. What a wonderful hidden gem. From walking into the lobby and feeling right at home to the comfortable guest rooms and the wonderful staff. Summer, Sariah and Han (sp?) created a memorable experience and I will be returning. I am a recruiter by trade and these 3 are the kind of people you want representing your brand. Even though it was Christmas, there was always cold water and drip coffee available. They even served brunch on Christmas Day until 12 noon. The Sammy is to die for! Until next time.....Rooms: While not fancy, they are more than adequate. The bed was comfortable and the entire room/bathroom was clean.Safety: Front door and elevator, key access only. Felt very safe.Walkability: You need it? You can walk to it!Food & drinks: The food was delicious and would recommend the Sammy, the Western Omelet and the Great Breakfast.”
“I was expecting more from our room. Maybe even a little more space in the room. We were on the 18th floor, and we had a concierge room. I'm not sure what exactly that means because the room looked like a standard hotel room. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable! And the view out the window was spectacular, especially at night. The location to the airport was extremely convenient, and the shuttle service was prompt! Check-in was smooth, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Wish we had more time to take advantage of the amenities and explore the rest of the hotel. I would recommend this hotel especially because of the proximity to the airport.Rooms: Our room was standard size. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable! For a concierge room there was a refrigerator but no microwave.”

“I love Drury Inns and I always look for them no matter what town I go to. This Drury Inn is beautiful. Smaller than most others but very nice. The rooms are very clean and cozy.The customer service was beyond exceptional.One particular employee named Tiffany was more than accommodating. My son was having a liver transplant and she was very compassionate, sweet, and kind.I've stayed there several times now and will continue to stay there when I'm in Nashville. The lovely displays of buffet breakfast and dinner are very inviting. The food is awesome!! ?Rooms: Very lovely with that Nashville music theme! Very clean!!!”

“We stopped by Wednesday after work to avoid traffic and we got to enjoy a Turkey Pesto sandwich while listening to Live Music. And Ole Smoky Distillery treated us to some tastings! Sure beat sitting in traffic!Food & drinks: Awesome Pesto Sandwich at the bar!”

“HCG was the first and only venue I toured. We fell in love instantly.The People: The previous director, Ivy, worked with us from May 2023 - January 2024. She was absolutely amazing, so when we were told that she was leaving at the end of January, I panicked. We worked with the new director, Lexie, from February up until our wedding on March 9. My panicked diminished as soon as I met her. She was helpful, responsive to my ideas/requests, and had a customer-first mindset. I made a lot of tweaks the two weeks leading up to my wedding and she was very flexible and willing to pivot. The day of coordinator, Mindy, did a great job setting up all of my decor and keeping our heads on straight. Both ladies were also very patient with our 10 flower girls/ring bearers and helped ease the stress that comes with young children.The Venue: The venue itself is amazing and well kept. They redid the floors, repainted, and updated the patio area. There's a bride and groom conference area to get ready in. It does need some updating, but it got the job done. The garden, cocktail hour patio/putting green, and reception pavilion were gorgeous. There's also on-site cottages that you are able to rent. Our families did and they loved it.The Food: The food deserves its own review. 10/10. SO GOOD. Our guests raved about it. It's not the dry chicken you get at most weddings. Go with the chicken prosciutto and Manhattan potatoes. I still dream about those potatoes.Last tidbits: This is one of the most affordable venues in town, especially given all that it includes. Because we didn't have to worry about outside food, alcohol, linens, tables, etc, we were a lot less stressed.Overall, 10/10, would recommend.”

“Got stranded here during a January 2024 snowstorm in Tennessee. Alicia's customer service set the standard for what any hotel staff should strive for. She stayed positive and patient throughout the experience. Many people were dealing with uncertainty and she did a good job remaining calm and helping everyone. I would definitely stay here again!”

“My husband and I stayed there from January 5th through the 8th of this month and we just checked out today and we really enjoyed our stay and it was our first time staying at a Hyatt Place and the front desk employees were all very nice and accommodating and we got to know a guy named Ray some and he's very nice as well and we will be staying at the location in Knoxville next time. Everything was very clean and we loved our room.”

“Really nice hotel, clean and comfortable. Lots of pillows, a little hard for my taste but that's why I always travel with my own. Good customer service, allowed late checkout. Breakfast was the best I've had since 2020 at a hotel. Pancakes, cereal, cinnamon rolls, eggs, coffee, the usual but it was mostly hot breakfast. The beds were comfortable, shower and bathroom or clean and comfortable. Pool room was nice but we didn't get to use it. I would highly recommend this hotel with close access to Nashville Palace and other attractions. The blackout shades in the room were really nice, love all the big windows. Very up to date hotel.”
“Huge bang for you buck. Hotel is fairly new, staff is beyond friendly and accommodating!! They also offer a breakfast buffet from 6-9am. Food taste great & location is close to the airport :) I'll definitely return when I'm in town”

WE WERE IN NASHVILLE ON VACATION AND THE 3RD DAY THERE MY HUSBAND INJURIED HIS KNEE RESULTING IN HIM NOT BEING ABLE TO BEAR WEIGHT AND WAS ON CRUTCHES, THE STAFF WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP US, VERY FRIENDLY. THE SWEET LADY THAT RUNS THE BREAKFAST BAR WAS SO COMPASSIONATE AND KIND. THIS WAS OUR 2ND YEAR STAYING HERE AND WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK. THANKA TO THE STAFF FOR ALL THE HELP!!!!!!”
“Beautiful room. Late check out. Friendly. The toiletries in the room were all conditioner - no shampoo or lotion. No biggie except we were in a hurry and didn't have time to switch out. And the coffee was cold in the lobby. A little hard to get to as well but nice drive.”

“Was on the 6th of 7 floors and it was quiet and nice which was important because we were in Nashville for a trade show. Service was good. The room was clean. The breakfast had scrambled eggs, sausage, make you own waffles, and oatmeal etc. Walking distance to McDonald's.Noteworthy details: 15 minutes from downtown where the trade show was at the convention center.”
“The hotel was in close proximity for our needs for a night out with friends and had breakfast the following morning in the lobby.Rooms: Room was great. The only issue was with the hvac, we set it for fan on constant but once it would hit the set temp it would turn the fan off and go back to auto.And then the room would get hot againNearby activities: Several small bars for nightlife, dancing, drinking and live musicFood & drinks: Several local restaurants nearby for eats during the day. But the Waffle House closed early, and we weren't able to get our waffle on.”

“Probably the most cleanest IHG property I have staid at! From the lobby , elevator to our room it smelled like fresh lemongrass. Inside the room smelt just as clean. You can tell housekeeping takes pride in their job! The staff was friendly and welcoming. I arrived later in the evening and the young man at the desk was SO helpful and friendly.P.s if you see a staff member by the name of Wayne, don't be startled by his bright Malibu Barbie pants ? he really is that friendly. Oh! And the pool was heated! Overall, it was a great stay! My 11 year old gives this location a 10/10!”

“The unit although it is lovely is showing its age. The laminate flooring in the bathroom is separating the corners of the shower stall need addressing with some repairs and touch up there is rest in water residue and staining on the brass finish of the shower enclosure, the master bedroom window has lost its seal and has turned a ghostly White in both the upper and the bottom sections. It needs to be replaced.”

“I've had excellent experiences with Double Tree in the past. As I'm planning a Celebration of Life for my Mother, I was booking and paying for about 8 - 9 rooms for family (including two suites). More rooms than I wanted to book via on-line. I called in and as we began working through the booking process I actually had to pay more for rooms above the first 3 as my Hilton Honors discounts and/or other discounts could no longer apply. In disbelief I ended the conversation and then booked with Courtyard by Marriott. I'm pleased that business for Hilton Double Trees is so good that they did not want mine. I'm sure this is a fine property, but Hilton's reservations has moved me to become a Marriott partner.”

“This Place is CLEAN SAFE and for the price and Location you can not beat it. above just the , the people that work here are very respectful and super easy to communicate with.
