“Highly recommend staying here. Rooms were clean and nice. Monica was extra amazing, friendly and had great personality. I would assume she’s the owner the way she treats the operation. Can’t beat it for the price!”
“I absolutely loved this place! My daughter said she had a punch of fun so she is gonna review it. The hotel was so perfect. I was there for a volleyball tournament and I couldn't be happier about the service. Me and my friends would go to the lobby for things we need and the worker was so nice. His name was Manny and he is an amazing employee. Very caring, kind, and generous. He gave us the best experience. He would keep us company and went above and beyond to make our hotel experience ever! I would definitely go back because of Manny. I love this place!”

“We went here during the weekend for our church event for Lads to Leaders. It was very nice, but this place is like a maze if you haven’t been here. Rooms are very nice, especially if you get a room with a nice view. The service is very good especially security, my daughter scrapped her knee and reopened her wound and security was very voice and detailed about the situation. They even followed up with a phone call to make sure my daughter was ok. The food there looks and smells amazing, we had pizza for lunch one day. I only gave it a four star because it is very expensive here. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.”

“I do not love staying near the airport; however, we appreciate having this option if we have to do so! Love the Drury, and the rooms here are always clean and comfortable, with amenities as advertised. Service always good.”

“I was in Nashville, TN recently for a convention at Gaylord Opryland and chose this hotel as it was very close to the convention. I had a great stay here and the front desk staff, Crissi, was helpful. She helped me get a King Suite when I had only booked for a standard King room. I was there for 6 days and the bigger room certainly helped. The other staff was kind and helpful as well and honored by request for a pretty late checkout. The only thing I would like to see improved is a little variety in the breakfast options. I had breakfast only on weekdays and it was exactly the same. For a longer stay, that gets pretty monotonous and would prefer to have some variety there. The other thing was I spotted a spider's web over the bed. This is the second time I am noticing this at a Holiday Inn Express and may need to be looked at. BTW, I loved the towel decor, there were quite a few throughout the room. Thank you!”
“I was fortunate enough to stay at this hotel for two weeks due to the ice storm causing power outages and as I was waiting to purchase my new home in the area. I wish to post my appreciation for the hospitality of the entire staff as well as the wonderful variety of food prepared by Chef Randy. He did a marvelous job of providing very tasty dishes every day.
I highly recommend this location!”
“Upstairs Noisy neighbor required 3 phone calls and 2 downstairs trips to stop child birthday party at 12am.
Ceiling Water leak and mold by ice machine wasn't inviting either.”
“My wife and I are locals in Nashville and were displaced during the 2026 ice storm. We reached out to the hotel and they were very accommodating! Antoinette, Elijah and Carla went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. Especially Antoinette, she was friendly, thorough and patient. The whole team was amazing! Thank you so very much. We'll definitely be back.”
“The room were clean and very nice. Especially for the price, I was surprised at how spacious the room was and the ammeties. The staff was very friendly and attentive and helpful. The pool was closed that weekend, which was very disappointing as that was the reason we chose that hotel over another cheaper one. Friday night, we were given a pass and able to go across the street, to a neighboring hotel. And use their pool. But Saturday we were told both pools were close for the weekend for maintenance? Seems like an odd time to me. The weekend is the time people travel. The website didnt mention anything about the poll closure and we werent told that upon checking in. I also was told that the coffee pot in the room was K-cup compatible. It was not and it was a wrrod kind of basket too. Not a normal filter basket, but a little tray that you pur the grounds into. I was not able to use the cofee pot, as I thought I could use K-cups so thats the only kind I brought with me. They di have a small stove, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher in the room. The kitchen light was flickering but after we mentioned it. We came back a few hours later and it was fixed. Had to request extra towels and new sheets. We decided to extend our stay to 2 nights. I guess since we were only booked 1 and then extended, house keeping didn't come by. So we had to ask for extra towels and sheets and change it ourself. The shower doesn't have a door, so the water goes all over the floor and makes it very dangerous and slippery. I'm an athletic 26 y.o. female and almsot slipped getting out. Its a bad setup. They need a ledge or doors to keep the water in.”
“This place was clean & comfortable. Staff were kind and friendly. There was a slight issue with the parking lot. We were sheltering there after an ice storm and the parking lot was frozen solid. Maintenance told me that they only had a limited supply of deicer. IHG - make sure that they have what they need to keep the lot safe. Otherwise we were warm and comfortable.”
“We loved everything about the hotel. Rooms are spacious and very clean. The beds are super comfy. Breakfast was good with plenty of choices. And the staff was great. Special thanks to Angie at the front desk for smooth check-in and all the great recommendations. And the bartender Lane for awesome drinks ?. Will definitely stay again”
“Both courses have good layouts and are in generally good shape. The pro shop staff is friendly and accommodating. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the pace of play was painfully slow (5.5 hour round) and the marshals weren't doing a darn thing about it. I've been playing here for 25 years, and it is getting busier and busier. Great problem to have as a course, but you need to keep the pace of play in the 4.5 hour range.”

“I’ve been staying here for a few days since my power went out in the storm. This hotel has been extremely nice. One, it had power. Two, they allowed me to bring both my dogs, though there is a $75 pet fee. The room is spacious and clean. The staff are polite and very helpful. The free breakfast every morning has had a lot of variety and been very tasty. Location is convenient, being off Donelson Pike, but also a little private since it is at the end of a dead end road, so it’s very quiet. I even got a chance to use the indoor pool, which has good hours being open until 10 pm! Prices are reasonable, especially for a suite. I highly recommend this hotel!”
“Great value for the money. Clean, comfortable room. Liked the minimalist approach with bare floors and shelves instead of drawers. Because this Tru is also in the same building with a Hilton Garden Inn, the lobby was really nice, with a well stocked Market and a Starbucks. Would definitely return.”
“The front staff was great, but the cleaning staff was unacceptable. We were there 4 days/nights, our room was cleaned 1 day and we had to catch them in the hallway, using interpretation.”

“This is the perfect location if you are wanting to visit Nashville! It’s a quiet location in the middle of the more high dollar and pricey hotels but you really get what they say when they say “bang for your buck”, but also safe! Clean and cooperative with people whose flights were delayed or canceled. When you’re looking for a friendly hotel after a stressful day, this is the one. ( and you don’t have to spend hundreds of dollars)”
“We had a 1 night stay as we were in town for a college visit. Our flight arrived early and we called and were allowed to check in early. We met Peaches upon arrival and she was absolutely AMAZING! Not only helped us get our room early, but allowed us a late check out since our flight out was late that evening. She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was top notch. There should be a Peaches at every Marriot property and there would never be a complaint. When we are in the area again, we will be stopping by just to say hi, because she was that awesome! Thank you Peaches, you are the best!! - Cari and Ary!”
“I stayed at this location on my first visit to Mt. Juliet. I didn't know that my experience would be so different from previous hotels. The rooms are extremely clean and bright, and the location is close to shopping and the highway. On arrival, Oakland welcomed me as if I were a guest in her home; she was extremely hospitality! Oakland and the front desk staff were able to accommodate me in every way possible. Thank you for your customer attention!
After multiple stays at this Holiday Inn, I now understand why it soars above hotels. During my last visit, Renee went above and beyond, on separate occasions, to make my stay spectacular!”

“We needed to book a hotel last minute that could fit us 7 (2 adults and 5 kiddos) and since we would only need like 8 hours to sleep and thats it wanted somewhere that we didnt need to book two rooms for such a short time. We checked in after midnight and the person at the desk was very nice and helpful. She got us in fast as we were exhausted from driving all day. The room fit us and was clean. Nothing fancy but was great. We all passed out fast and got up at 8 to shower and eat. The breakfast had a great selection and tasted great. The person running that in the morning was very nice as well. The price was great for the short stay and we enjoyed our short stay. Thanks!”

“Great experience - Tina at the front desk was wonderful and Wayne in the breakfast area was as well. We were staying due to a power outage that was very stressful and had an amazing visit. Everyone working there was so accommodating. The entire hotel was so clean. Thank you for all your effort and kindess.

“My husband and I are looking for a good RV Resort or Park to parkour Fifth Wheel in in the Elks was rather new to us I've heard of it but the more Linda told me about it and Amber the more we enjoyed what they're about and would be proud to be part of that helping out the community is top priority and you can't find that too much in today's society we need more places like this and lots to offer as well very friendly people can't really say enough good things about it was very impressed”
“Under normal circumstances, our stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites Nashville @ Opryland would have easily been a strong experience. However, given the emergency conditions surrounding our visit, the lack of empathy and flexibility around pricing was disappointing.
My family and I booked the hotel on Monday, January 26th after losing power in our home due to the snow and ice storm in Nashville. We were looking for a safe, warm place to stay that was reasonably priced and close to our residence, as we did not want to travel far on icy streets. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and met our immediate needs.
Andrea at the front desk was exceptional. She was compassionate, accommodating, and genuinely cared about our wellbeing during a stressful time. Her professionalism and kindness were the highlight of our stay, and we are very grateful to her efforts.
That said, after checking in and settling our family, I inquired about a rumored $99 “Emergency Stay” rate for local residents displaced by the power outage. While Andrea was unaware of such a rate, she did offer to research it and apply an adjustment if possible. Unfortunately, no accommodation or adjustment was ultimately offered, and we were charged over $182 per night for a double room—nearly $200 per night—for a two-night stay during a local emergency.
What made this especially frustrating was later learning that other Nashville hotels, including the JW downtown, adjusted their rates for displaced local residents to more reasonable levels. Additionally, it would have been helpful to be informed ahead of time about low water pressure due to ongoing renovations.
Overall, we appreciated the cleanliness, comfort, and especially the outstanding service provided by Andrea. However, the lack of empathy and pricing consideration during an emergency situation is the primary reason this stay does not earn five stars. A more compassionate approach in times like these would greatly improve the guest experience.”

“I had a rebooked flight and was given a voucher for this hotel. I called the front desk once I got to airport shuttles and they sent a shuttle right away! Dan, the shuttle driver was an amazing conversationalist and gave me the best recommendation to the restaurant nearby, Darfons. When I checked in there was yet another helpful young lady at the desk who executed a safe yet personable check in. (02-02-2026) I didn’t catch her name but if you see this, good luck with your endeavors.
The room was great, comfy bed clean bathroom with good lighting and heat in room WORKS! Fast forward to breakfast in the morning?! YUM. Service was a bit slow at first but once I ordered everything came in a timely manner and Terrence was on top of it! Breakfast prices were beyond affordable though I did have an airline voucher.
I enjoyed my stay immensely. Short lived stay but 100% coming back. I only wish I had cash to tip Terrence, I’m gonna make sure to check in to see if he’s still working and taking care of guests and his team.
Thank you Radisson!”

“This hotel was great for the price. It was one of the cleaner rooms and hotels that I have stayed in for the price. The guy at the front was real nice checking me in as well as when I was checking out. The sheets on my bed were so smooth and comfy. The TV had a great guide and channel selection. My mini fridge worked great. Shower had good water pressure and super hot water. Breakfast was real minimum they get away with hot breakfast with a waffle maker. I don't usually do hotel eggs anyways. But they have cereal muffins bagels yogurt apples.”
“Clean rooms, great service. Pet friendly. Outside access. Price was a little on the high side. No coffee pot in the room. Continental breakfast had very little variety.
If in Nashville Tennessee again would stay here again.”

“We had a wonderful time at the facility over Christmas break. The suites allowed our large family to hang out together. The staff was attentive. The rooms were very clean. Everything was great.”
“Stayed for a week because I just started a job here. Moving from Huntsville, Alabama. From my experience, it was clean, neat,& everything worked properly. My only complaint was the price. I paid $455+tax for a single adult male without pets. The next week a quickly found another place that had a kitchenette & was $150/ week cheaper. Makes a huge difference when you're trying to save money for a deposit in an apartment.”
