“This review is for Mark in store 5520 and applies to several days. I was attending the AACC from out of Town. Mark even answered questions for me weeks prior to the event when I called with questions. Once I got here I stopped by the office at least 5 times to create and print posters, pick up books I had shipped, pay for sending leftover materials back to my home, purchase materials, etc. I had many questions and needed help navigating the enormous convention center. Mark was patient, knowledgeable and more helpful than I could have hoped for. Truly professional and could not represent FedEx any better than he does.”
