I live in Anniston Al, (40 miles from the BMW dealer in Birmingham, but after a brief and rude experience in dealing with them, I took my friends recommendation about Onderka's work and honesty and loaded my little BMW Z4 and hauled it 165 miles to Richard's shop for service on the cooling system and an oil and filter change. I was very pleased with Richard and his staff's courtesy and professionalism. Left my car late Monday afternoon and it was ready first thing Thursday morning. Great service and a fair price. Upon arriving the automobile staff was extremely friendly and helpful in assisting me with getting a new tire, mount and balancing. A lady in the back helped me call around to see if we could locate the unusual size 255/35/19 tire nearby and we did. After a quick tire change for cheap (like $24 with warranty) we were back on the family road trip in no time.”
