“I was here today at Walmart, 12/24/25, and I needed to get something fixed on my vehicle. The front tire on the right side had some wobbling and it has been some issues lately. The mechanics on shift today said something about their being like a flat patch in my tire (basically a defect) and I needed to have it changed eventually. Well so the mechanic working on my car (amazing guy btw, Caleb) called his manager Marcus and told him what all was going on. Marcus gave me a very generous offer and discount on a replacement tire for my vehicle. You don’t normally expect to get good help like this, especially being around this time of year with having to spend money on gifts and whatever. But this isn’t the first time that Marcus has helped me out and I deeply appreciate his help and concern in the matter. I can’t say I’ve met a manager in Walmart as considerate and as helpful as Marcus. I wish him well and I hope that someone higher up in Walmart see this review and goes to thank this man for the time and dedication he puts into this job. Marcus is the best”

“Our car had the cvt transmission go out while we were out of town and the quote with one tire was 7,200 on a 2016 car and only offer 200$ to buy or 500 trade, the service lady we delt with was wonderful extremely helpful and kind her name is Erica and will definitely consider looking for a vehicle in the future, we had a very nice blue rental car from her as well during our emergency situation wasnt very much per day either.”
