“I was wanting to have my VW Passat 1.8L turbo completely rebuilt. I looked all around Nashville and then went to see about Onderka. In Nashville I felt like a number but after talking with Onderka it felt DIFFERENT. Manchester is my hometown and Onderka made me feel right at homeso I decided to take it to them. I also waited until my first oil change to give my review. I couldn't have been any happier if I would have went to a VW dealership and drove one off the lot. I have had zero I problems, no oil leaks or anything. The only thing that I was concerned with after the renuild was I thought my miles per gallon reading had to be off. Because I'm getting 37 and 38 miles per gallon. I got pics for proof because I thought no one would believe me. Your not going to find a better group of mechanics in my opinion. Thank you Slade and all the Onderka crew. If you need something done on Your VW I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ONDERKA. I will make the trip to Manchester anytime I need something done.”

“I had the BEST experience I have ever had purchasing a Nissan. I think this is my 5th one now. My other was about to be at 180,000. I found my dream car, A Murano! I have always wanted one. Derrick was a great sales person but the icing on the cake was Reggie, the sales manager! He went above and beyond and made our experience the best I have ever had at a dealership. He made us feel special and actually made us feel important. The whole team walks around with all smiles making sure we didn't need anything. Thank you all, with my whole heart!”

“I discovered Stone Fort Motors February this year. I'm quite impressed with the quality of work that I receive and the turnaround also. They have worked on my vehicle several times. It is always been quite affordable and extra work is never done on your vehicles without permission and a quote given. I'm very happy with the service I receive. I'm thrilled to find a place that will talk with me, not down to me, about my vehicle. 5 star work and owner! Shop local and exoerience great service that you won't find at the big places.”

“I recently had a truly exceptional experience purchasing a 2019 Nissan Altima from John Roberts Nissan, and I couldn't be happier with the level of service I received. What made this experience truly unique was the personalized and streamlined approach, perfectly catered to my needs as a commuter car buyer. From the very beginning, our salesperson, "JW," went above and beyond to make the entire process effortless. With just two phone calls and a series of texts, JW efficiently handled all the necessary paperwork and negotiations, sparing us from the usual hassles and time-consuming tasks associated with car buying. When I finally arrived at the dealership, I was astounded by how smooth and efficient everything was. My whole family was in and out of there in under 30 minutes, a true testament to JW's exceptional professionalism and efficiency. It was evident that he had meticulously planned and prepared for our visit, ensuring that we had a seamless and stress-free experience. JW's expertise and dedication truly made him stand out as a rockstar in the car buying process. I am incredibly grateful for his attention to detail and ability to tailor the experience to our specific needs. “Unsolicited recommendation. For an honest and professional dealership, look no further that Mr. Jordan Stauffer at John Roberts Toyota in TN (we live in SW FL). His cell is (615) 848-4369. We reached out to him on 8/10 seeking a Grand Highlander hybrid at MSRP; and 22 business days later we picked it up. No surprises. Best car buying experience we've had!”

“I was here today at Walmart, 12/24/25, and I needed to get something fixed on my vehicle. The front tire on the right side had some wobbling and it has been some issues lately. The mechanics on shift today said something about their being like a flat patch in my tire (basically a defect) and I needed to have it changed eventually. Well so the mechanic working on my car (amazing guy btw, Caleb) called his manager Marcus and told him what all was going on. Marcus gave me a very generous offer and discount on a replacement tire for my vehicle. You don’t normally expect to get good help like this, especially being around this time of year with having to spend money on gifts and whatever. But this isn’t the first time that Marcus has helped me out and I deeply appreciate his help and concern in the matter. I can’t say I’ve met a manager in Walmart as considerate and as helpful as Marcus. I wish him well and I hope that someone higher up in Walmart see this review and goes to thank this man for the time and dedication he puts into this job. Marcus is the best”
