There were a few things that had been overlooked during the initial inspection, and while I was understandably upset, the way the team handled it was exceptional. By Monday morning, the front desk, maintenance, and cleaning crew were all at my apartment. We walked through everything together, and every issue was addressed immediately and thoroughly.

Maintenance has continued to be prompt, kind, and reliable since day one. More than that, this community genuinely feels safe and welcoming. In a place where I don’t yet have friends or family, this is the most “at home” I’ve ever felt — and that’s entirely because of how much the staff truly cares about your experience.

“I toured these apartments last week and they were gorgeous! Since they're all townhomes it looked like a quiet little neighborhood. Decorations, fixtures were pretty high end. There was still some construction going on since these are brand new but they looked pretty close to finishing.”
