I have made 4 visits to the Att store in Hixson TN to have my autopay charged to my bank account. I have once again been charged an extra $5 and service terminated because three different employees have been unable to assure my account is registered for autopay. Huge pain in the ass.

Unfortunately my experience was terrible and I wouldn’t recommend them.
I went in and they didn’t have the phone I wanted in stock so I ordered it and asked if I could come back to have them do the set up when the phone arrived.
In the past, at other ATT stores, the store would get the phone and call me when it was ready. But they said the phone had to be sent to my home. When it came I took it in, expecting to buy a case, a screen protector, and have someone do the entire set up.
I was surprised when the sales associate told me they had no cases or screen protectors for my model phone, and she recommended I buy them from Amazon. I didn’t mind but if they didn’t have those accessories, why didn’t they tell me the first time I was there? I could have ordered the accessories while waiting for UPS to deliver the phone and brought everything in at once.
Then the sales associate began the setup for the phone. She pressed a few buttons, handed me my phone and made it clear she was done in five minutes. She said the phone would have to update and it would take an hour and we were finished.
But after an hour it hadn’t updated. So I went back, my third visit to the store.
She told me that I needed to unlock the phone one more time for the update to begin. If she said it I never heard it. But I’ve never before bought a phone and left the store with an incomplete setup. I’ve always left with a functioning fully set up phone ready to use. At that point I returned the phone. The final straw was I was charged the $50 restocking fee.
I will never go the Hixson store again. The customer service was very poor. They didn’t even do the basic setup. The sales associate was not the person who sold me the phone and it was obvious she couldn’t care less.

I had to come back due to a different issue with my daughter’s phone and IPad. Juan helped me. He worked through the issues she was having. Great job.

Josh was a great helper and sales person at the ATT store. He helped me pick out the best phone for me and then helped me transfer the contents from the old phone to the new one. He was very professional and listened to my concerns and needs.

Leslie is a great representative for AT&T. Leslie has a unique ability to listen to the customer, get to the root of the problem and offer honest advice and solutions. Melissa was helpful and honest. I felt highly valued and respected when speaking to her about possibly becoming an AT&T customer. She gave me valuable insight and ultimately convinced me to make the switch from my service provider of 9 years Comcast over to AT&T optics. She's a valuable asset to AT&T because I am not an easy sale. Great work and I look forward to doing business with this company.

Has canceled two orders and have yet to refund money or get it straight they give you a line about identity and then when they get you in store try to charge you again in short would Not do business with

Travion has provided excellent customer service both times that me and my husband have been there. He has demonstrated the upmost patience in some very challenging and time consuming situations. I think I would have lost some patience in the situation itself if it hadn't been for his calm demeanor. I do highly recommend for anyone to seek him out if you are visiting this particular store and the managers there have been very accommodating as well I wish I caught their names.
