Laura spent multiple frustrating hours on the phone with support trying to get my weirdo issue resolved. As cliche as it is, she went above and beyond what is required to fix my issue and I am incredibly grateful to her for that.

We went in to switch over to AT&T. Josh exceeded our expectations and it was a plesant experience. After we left, we needed to return for additional assistance and Shay was wonderful. Thanks for all the help, it was much appreciated.
