“These guys are absolute lifesavers!! And such amazing people. A few days ago, I was driving in Hixson and my car started making this horrible noise (it’s always on the busiest of days). I’d heard great things about them in the past. When I walked into Mike’s office, I was upset and he dropped whatever task he was working on and automatically came out to my car to see what the problem was. No “well we’ve got a bit of a wait” or “we’ll get to it,” just incredible help and amazing service from the start. They ended up finding a replacement for a bolt that had come out and replaced it for free!
As a girl who doesn’t know much any thing about cars, I’ve had negative experiences at other shops; people talking me in circles or charging way too much. Not here, this was the best experience I’ve had and will be recommending them to everyone I know. Thank you Hyde’s and Mike for saving the day”

“First time customer! Wife’s car broke down on Wednesday night and I had it towed to Browns Automotive, called Greg on Thursday morning not expecting him to be able to get to it until the next week but expressed that it really put us in a bind and would love to have it looked at ASAP. He called a couple hours later and sad it was a bad alternator and gave a very reasonable price. By 3pm the same day he called and said it was ready to be picked up. Outstanding customer service. Will never use anyone else again.”

“Morgan was able to get my oil change special to a price I could afford. My vehicle requires full synthetic but my coupon was for something else. The mechanic was so helpful. He made me feel good about my vehicle saying it was one of the few he’d seen lately that didn’t need repairs. And he fixed my wiper where it would actually clean my windshield.”

“These guys are AMAZING! Kind, professional, and caring. We took our car somewhere else last time and apparently they put a temporary plug in without telling us. Well the plug leaked and drained all the oil out. Dakota immediately ordered a replacement plug and had it delivered while we waited to make sure we could leave safely. That is customer service! Never going anywhere else from now on!”

“So it turned out I did not NEED brakes. Although they SCREECH horribly, especially when stopping in reverse. They still inspected all 4 brakes, sensors, pressure...VERY professional. Yes, I did tip the young man who took the tires off as well as getting the opportunity to photo the undercarriage of my vehicle, which I NEVER get an opportunity to do. The manager told me he could sell me some brake pads but mine were only 1/2 worn..so I have to live with the screech..for now...”
“Funny thing with these reviews… either all for or against. Well here is you another 5 star. My go to shop for the better part of 6yrs now. They have went above and beyond to assist me every time major or minor issues. And I have a ghost vehicle that likes to develop odd problems and every time they kept chasing it until it was solved or went away. I can also say I’ve not ever known of another shop that gets cars sent to them from across the country. Vintage muscle cars. I get a car show any time I go there”
“Paxton and Brandon were my service techs. A++++am these guys are awesome. I blew a tire yesterday and stayed overnight in the Walmart parking lot.
This am they got me 2 new tires rotated them all and got my spare tire back in place.
Price and quality were amazing! They even got a tip and I normally don't tip on auto services, today was well worth it.
Strongly suggest Walmart auto center for tires due to great service techs and pricing and promptness.
They even offered Galvatron some cold water. How Cool!”
