“These guys are absolute lifesavers!! And such amazing people. A few days ago, I was driving in Hixson and my car started making this horrible noise (it’s always on the busiest of days). I’d heard great things about them in the past. When I walked into Mike’s office, I was upset and he dropped whatever task he was working on and automatically came out to my car to see what the problem was. No “well we’ve got a bit of a wait” or “we’ll get to it,” just incredible help and amazing service from the start. They ended up finding a replacement for a bolt that had come out and replaced it for free!
As a girl who doesn’t know much any thing about cars, I’ve had negative experiences at other shops; people talking me in circles or charging way too much. Not here, this was the best experience I’ve had and will be recommending them to everyone I know. Thank you Hyde’s and Mike for saving the day”
“Josh replaced both rear wheel hubs with sensors in my Kia Sorento. Josh charged way less than some of the bigger auto repair places and he had it done in one day and the vehicle was ready earlier than anticipated. He was very professional and I will be going back to him.”

“First time customer! Wife’s car broke down on Wednesday night and I had it towed to Browns Automotive, called Greg on Thursday morning not expecting him to be able to get to it until the next week but expressed that it really put us in a bind and would love to have it looked at ASAP. He called a couple hours later and sad it was a bad alternator and gave a very reasonable price. By 3pm the same day he called and said it was ready to be picked up. Outstanding customer service. Will never use anyone else again.”

“These guys are AMAZING! Kind, professional, and caring. We took our car somewhere else last time and apparently they put a temporary plug in without telling us. Well the plug leaked and drained all the oil out. Dakota immediately ordered a replacement plug and had it delivered while we waited to make sure we could leave safely. That is customer service! Never going anywhere else from now on!”
“I had gone to the Lexus dealer who said I needed a new alternator for almost $600 installed. Then called Freedom who quoted to do the work for $315. But when they pulled it, they said it was fine and just needed some belts adjusted. It's so refreshing to work with competent honest people.”

“I was worried about the quality of work because I hear horror stories all the time but the repair on my car was extensive and exceeded my expectations. My adjuster kept us updated and was nice. The only issue I had, which isn’t much of a problem, was the amount of grease smudges inside my car. That’s easily cleaned. I’m very happy with the service and repair. I recommend classic collision.”

“Funny thing with these reviews… either all for or against. Well here is you another 5 star. My go to shop for the better part of 6yrs now. They have went above and beyond to assist me every time major or minor issues. And I have a ghost vehicle that likes to develop odd problems and every time they kept chasing it until it was solved or went away. I can also say I’ve not ever known of another shop that gets cars sent to them from across the country. Vintage muscle cars. I get a car show any time I go there”

I had a great experience with Budget Brakes. They did an excellent job from start to finish and were professional, honest, and efficient. Everything was explained clearly, the work was done well, and my tech felt confident driving away knowing our work vehicle was taken care of properly. It’s hard to find reliable service these days especially when you run a business, but Budget Brakes definitely delivered. I highly recommend them and will be returning for future work for all our other vehicles.
