“I just want to take a second and give props where props are due. I took my Jeep Gladiator to Brandon May last week, and he was able to diagnose and fix what multiple 4 wheel drive shops and even the dealership could not... DEATH WOBBLE! Not only did he fix it, he had me come back and showed me the problem... that he found in about 5 minutes. The others wanted to try this... try that... at the expense of MY wallet. So if you're looking for a trusted mechanic, a honest mechanic, a mechanic that doesn't throw darts at a dart board, go see Brandon at May Automotive. “These guys are absolute lifesavers!! And such amazing people. A few days ago, I was driving in Hixson and my car started making this horrible noise (it’s always on the busiest of days). I’d heard great things about them in the past. When I walked into Mike’s office, I was upset and he dropped whatever task he was working on and automatically came out to my car to see what the problem was. No “well we’ve got a bit of a wait” or “we’ll get to it,” just incredible help and amazing service from the start. They ended up finding a replacement for a bolt that had come out and replaced it for free!

“These folks are the best and worth the drive up from Chickamauga, GA. Last year we had a hitch for a bike rack put on our Camry and this spring they did a complete towbar, baseplate and auxiliary air braking system install on our motor coach and pickup. This included Jim doing some custom wiring for our atypical extension and adjustments on the brake pedal mechanism. He was great in explaining the setup. They also happily did a quick while-you-wait job on the towbar when a critical part was recalled by the manufacturer. When you are paying for services that are not inexpensive, it's nice to be confident that you've got great customer support backing it up.”

He explained everything clearly, treated me fairly, and provided excellent service at a reasonable price. It is rare to find an auto-repair shop with this level of integrity and customer care.
My experience with K & M was the complete opposite of my experience with Midas. At Midas, I felt the staff were rude, unprofessional, extremely expensive, and more interested in taking my money than helping me. Their attitude made me feel that the customer did not matter at all.

“Had brake issues and it fortunately was covered under warranty due to manufacturer defect. They always do an inspection while there and found my motor mounts were bad. They sent a video and then Bryson Bowman came out and explained what it meant to me. With it being late on a Friday and was gonna take 9 hours they provided me with a loaner car. He knew I had a mom with Alzheimer’s so wanted to make sure I could get to her. I must also say every employee I have encountered there has been wonderful.”
