Cost was high, ($104 before tax, but I do use full synthetic oil): that's the only reason they don't get 5 starts. They also do several basic checks and fluid top offs with the oil change. “I appreciate the team at Express Oil Change at Northgate Mall in Hixson. These guys always take good care of my oil changes. Recently when one of my tires went flat, Nathan C. went above and beyond on a Saturday to get the tire that I needed. Once I got my car to the service bay and he checked my other tires, we agreed it was time for all of them to be replaced. The manager went to pick up the other tires for my vehicle. Nathan did all he could to get the best price for me too. This was teamwork and customer service at its finest. I highly recommend Express Oil Change for all your car service needs. Thanks!”

“Great experience at Tri-State today. Brought my travel trailer in right when they opened and told them my problem. They looked at it immediately and realized it might be a quick fix. After troubleshooting for 10 minutes they were able to figure out the issue and repaired it on the spot. I left in 20 min with a fixed trailer and will definitely be back for all my repair and maintenance needs. Awesome customer service and really kind people - highly recommend!!!”

“Excellent service. My BMW 430's front bumper got rocked by a piece of tire tread on the freeway. I took it to Classic Collision to replace the fog light lamp bezel (its a piece of plastic), they quoted 1400 bucks that included a paint job, a new fog light and the bezel. Then I brought the car to Paul at North Shore Auto Collision, he quoted me a tenth of their price, reaffixed the fog light which needed to be clipped back in and pointed out that all the little scrapes were under the bumper which would not be visible, so I saved on paint. He was pleasant, polite and professional. The work was completed in a just a few hours and my car was good as new, they even removed some of the scuffs which was very nice of them. Such a positive experience. I will be recommending North Shore Auto Collision moving forward.”
“We stopped in this morning as we were leaving Chattanooga after visiting family, and we’re heading home to Hannibal, Mo, about an 8 1/2 hour drive. Just as I left our sons, I found a flat tire with a large bolt and washer in it. I was able to air up and drive to Express Tire and Auto. We waited less than 10 minutes and they got us in, fixed up and on the road with a patch when I was more than willing to buy a tire. Thank you so much. We had a pretty warm day and 8 1/2 hr trip.
