“My son needed an oil change ! They got to work on right away! They even said it wasn't as bad as we thought! We only paid 55 dollars! Had it done within 10 minutes! Had 3 employees working on the issue just to make sure it got done! Excellent service! Would recommend and will go back when need to! Also when i called back to see if they towed vehicles Rodney said they didn't actually do that personally but gave me a number to call that may help ! So when i called and got an estimate on towing he said it was a certain price and it was thank you!”

“Returning customer. Had our '08 Lexus IS 250 evaluated for a coolant leak. Ended up being the thermostat. Because we were comfortable doing this repair ourselves, we declined service. The 5-stars comes because they didn't charge us a diagnostic fee, which I kinda expected. A friend had their truck in a dealership last month for the same issue. He repaired it himself, but was charged $200. To be honest, I would expect a charge like this because Blackwell's time is valuable and they not only gave us the correct diagnosis but gave us some tips in doing it ourselves. So not charging us for this was above and beyond the call of duty in customer service. Thank you, BA! See you next time!”

They took the flat tire off and put my spare on and we’re just so nice and got me out of a crisis situation. “Well the whole stress of needing tires looking for a honest fair priced business is a lot for me …. I was trying to save money find a place to take after I got a good deal on tire to align the car and save was stressful my tires one tire was going bald really fast… I called here Jeff took the time to find a really nice Toyo tires for 12$ more then my Walmart tires lol… he put me on hold called found the tires had them sent to his location in a hour and had me in the same day !! It really ment a lot to me he was genuinely concerned from the morning when I called to when I was there.
