It has been the best sales experience we have ever had and we have purchased quite a few vehicles over the years. We did not feel pressured and she immediately put us at ease. Buying a car is stressful but not with Brandee. If there was something that she didn’t know she immediately got the answer for us. We LOVED her!!! If we need another car in the future we will be going back and asking for her again.”

Originally, I was interested in the standard ES350. But after seeing the features and benefits of the Ultra technology we wanted it.
Michael Platt is a grounded salesman. Lexus sells itself and he knows it. He’s very helpful and accommodating in the sales service process. The car is awesome. Not a pain in the neck process.
The closing was fast and quick.
I’d recommend Michael and Lexus of Chattanooga.They sell a great brand and are easy to do business with. I trust the service component is equally as good.
Also - I had a few issues with the car that really wasnt their issues. But they took care of it with a great attitude of dedication to the brand.

It is always easy to get service. The front counter is always attentive, and I could not be more pleased with the staff.
The mechanics are clearly above the average and communicate well when an issue arises.
I'm officially sold on the "no appointment" concept.

“I brought my 2007 BMW M5 in for a no start no crank issue. This problem had baffled 3 other shops. I was about ready to give up on the car. Up to that point I had spent over 3k trying to get the car repaired with the other shops and each time those guys wanted me to spend more money to try their next great idea to fix my car. I was at my wits end when a friend told me to trust him and try the shop he was using to maintain his E63 AMG, reluctantly I decided to give this one last go. When I took the car in I didn’t tell them of everything the other shops had already tried, I just told them the car wouldn’t start when I went to drive off from my office one day. I didn’t tell them that the starter, battery, CAS module had all been replaced at other shops with no luck. So I leave the car with them and expect to hear more disappointing news in a few weeks with a large bill…but that wasn’t the case! They called me the next day and told me the car was runnng and driving but they wanted to check if I’d like an oil service since it was close to time to do one. I couldn’t believe it, I actually asked them 3 time, “The 2007 M5? The black one?”
“Yes sir, it was a bad ground cable from the subframe to the engine.”
