“I appreciate the team at Express Oil Change at Northgate Mall in Hixson. These guys always take good care of my oil changes. Recently when one of my tires went flat, Nathan C. went above and beyond on a Saturday to get the tire that I needed. Once I got my car to the service bay and he checked my other tires, we agreed it was time for all of them to be replaced. The manager went to pick up the other tires for my vehicle. “Great experience at Tri-State today. Brought my travel trailer in right when they opened and told them my problem. They looked at it immediately and realized it might be a quick fix. After troubleshooting for 10 minutes they were able to figure out the issue and repaired it on the spot. I left in 20 min with a fixed trailer and will definitely be back for all my repair and maintenance needs. Awesome customer service and really kind people - highly recommend!!!”
