“Returning customer. Had our '08 Lexus IS 250 evaluated for a coolant leak. Ended up being the thermostat. Because we were comfortable doing this repair ourselves, we declined service. The 5-stars comes because they didn't charge us a diagnostic fee, which I kinda expected. A friend had their truck in a dealership last month for the same issue. He repaired it himself, but was charged $200. To be honest, I would expect a charge like this because Blackwell's time is valuable and they not only gave us the correct diagnosis but gave us some tips in doing it ourselves. So not charging us for this was above and beyond the call of duty in customer service. Thank you, BA! See you next time!”

“My son needed an oil change ! They got to work on right away! They even said it wasn't as bad as we thought! We only paid 55 dollars! Had it done within 10 minutes! Had 3 employees working on the issue just to make sure it got done! Excellent service! Would recommend and will go back when need to! Also when i called back to see if they towed vehicles Rodney said they didn't actually do that personally but gave me a number to call that may help ! So when i called and got an estimate on towing he said it was a certain price and it was thank you!”

“I am late in sharing my experience because I dont really do google reviews. However, I must give a huge shout out to the guys at Billingsley. After a garbage experience at Cotton's in Ringgold I called Billigsley. I was in from out of town and needed to get home quickly. Cotton's didn't care or show any urgency to get my truck take care of. At the end of the lost day, they advised they couldnt even fix my issue. I googled and landed on Billingley. I spoke with the owner about my transmission issue. He not only understood the urgency but his actions toward getting the work done were swift. He set expectations with what work was to be done and when it would be done. He communicated each step of the way and finished before he said he would be done. Im sorry I wasted a day at Cotton's. I've pointed several folks to Billingsley. I lived in Chattanooga for years and always used Gene at Middle Valley Auto. He was always fair, cared and was quick. The guys here at Billingsley do the same. Thanks yall!!!
