Originally, I was interested in the standard ES350. But after seeing the features and benefits of the Ultra technology we wanted it.
Michael Platt is a grounded salesman. Lexus sells itself and he knows it. He’s very helpful and accommodating in the sales service process. The car is awesome. Not a pain in the neck process.
The closing was fast and quick.
I’d recommend Michael and Lexus of Chattanooga.They sell a great brand and are easy to do business with. I trust the service component is equally as good.
Also - I had a few issues with the car that really wasnt their issues. But they took care of it with a great attitude of dedication to the brand.

Folks, you never know how your life could change at any moment even if you think you're somewhat prepared. Suddenly reality hits you in the rear end without you expecting it. A few days after this accident, it became evident to me that this vehicle was a total loss. I called Patrick & asked him what his off day schedule was & informed him that I was in desperate need of a vehicle. A few days searching the internet, getting "pre-approvals" for a jic moment I finally arrived at Capital. I just spilled my situation onto his desk along with 4 current open auto loans but Patrick wasn't the least bit concerned about not being able to accommodate me. About an hour into our meeting, he told me that his finance team was ready to go over the details & put me in a 2025 Camry SE with a 5.3% rate. The best pre-approval rate that I had going in was a 9%. I can't begin to explain how comforting this dealership was to me during a desperate or vulnerable state of need. Each & everyone at Capital Toyota deserves a great deal of recognition for realizing a need not just an opportunity to pounce.
