“i’ve been to all the other banks and they are so corporate and like i was talking and working with robots. builtwell bank felt welcoming like i was coming home after a long trip to family. shereen nino has excellent attention to detail and was very helpful with setting up multiple account types including an estate account. Kim was really friendly and took a few minutes to get to know me as i waited on my appointment. you should be super sweet to them and they might a have a special treat for you besides great customer service.”
