“They have the worst pillows I have ever used at a hotel. The lady at the Frontdesk is sweet and accommodating. Rooms are outdated and basic, but they were clean. Nice basic hot breakfast.”

“We loved this place! The perfect place to visit by yourself, with your significant other, or with friends! I loved the atmosphere of the Hotel. Something I always appreciate is the attention to detail and this place has plenty of it. I love the retro luxury feel. I’ve seen comments about the creaky wooden floors but i think it just adds to the charm! The staff is friendly and welcoming! I’d stay here again in the future and will be sure to recommend it to friends, family, and clients.”

“In this wonderful hotel, from the moment you enter the lobby you will find a super pleasant place, spectacular decorations of the hotel, wherever you go you will see a majestic design with different water fountains, the reception service is great for its friendliness, the rooms They are spacious with a sensational view anyway! I recommend this wonderful place in the center of Chatanooga if you want to rest and walk around. I give them 5 stars.?????”
“We enjoyed our stay. The restaurant inside had good, great truffle fries. The customer service was great. We initially had a room with a broken refrigerator and AC unit and they switched with no problems. Its in a decent area so you can walk to places downtown. I would return next time we are in town.”

“I loved our stay here.I honestly think it's ruined me for any other hotel. It's like having the benefits of a hotel with the space and privacy of an AirBnb. The hotel consist of industrial apartments, which is perfect for a trip where everyone needs their space, but you want to be able to still feel like you're on vacation together. The apartment is fully stocked with anything you might need, and the beds were so comfy. The location was great and centrally located between the river and Southside area.There are great restaurants right outside the hotel as well, and a cute bar/brewery in the hotel with easy access through the lobby. When I first booked, I was worried about the offsite parking, but the parking garage is very close (shorter walk to the garage than walking to your parked car at a larger hotel) and spots were easy to find. Andrew, who works for the font desk, was helpful, welcoming and make our experience even more fantastic. Couldn't recommend this place more.
Rooms: Beds were comfy and the rooms were well decorated and decently sized
Safety: I felt very safe in the hotel and walking around the area by myself at night.
Walkability: Very walkable to anything in the downtown area.
Food and drinks: Great bar attached to the hotel and wonderful restaurants just across the street.”

“Had a great stay here for a wedding in Chattanooga. Service was excellent, everything updated and super clean! The game Changer on Staff was Mike in Maintenance! As we were about to head out, I noticed the security device wasn’t taken off my dress, and asked the front desk for any tool to help take this off. Mike delivered a needle nose pliers to our room 2 minutes later, and helped Remove it, with no damage to my dress!!! This may sound silly, but this little act of kindness made a huge difference in our day!! We appreciate you, and look forward to staying here again soon!”

“Absolutely fantastic hotel. Our king balcony room was totally worth the extra money and we enjoyed watching the river boats pass by while lounging with morning coffee. The riverfront path is right behind the hotel and you can walk all the way to the pedestrian bridge and enjoy the beautiful river along the way. Bars and restaurants are also right there. I’ll definitely be back here on my next trip to Chattanooga!”

“As a family of 5, it isn’t easy to find a single hotel room to fit us all. This was perfect. The couch was large and comfy and had a trundle bed within it. This room could easily fit 6 people. The decor modern, the space was comfortable, and the breakfast was great. They also had a great atmosphere in the restaurant and bar area. I would go out of my way to stay here again with my family.
Rooms: Fabulous and fit more people with a great trundle couch space.”

“As others have commented the rooms are a bit tired but ours was comfortable and spacious. The property itself is centrally located, we were able to use the EV charger (4 Tesla, one non Tesla), and parking wasn’t an issue but it was fullish. The best part of the property is and was the staff. Everyone was super helpful, super friendly, and incredibly kind. Staff made our weekend a fantastic visit.”

“Very clean and friendly service, especially Aya, Aris, and housekeeping. I will return again. Only 4 stars due to breakfast. You have to pay $15 for a buffet at their on-site restaurant. It's just horrible...horrible taste and horrible temperatures.... nothing else to say about it.”

“Check in after a long drive was easy and quick. The small “store” within the front lobby had all the basic necessities if forgotten. When I booked, it said breakfast was included, but somehow it wasn’t on reservation in their computer - this was remedied when I provided reservation confirmation. Brenden at front desk was very helpful. Candy at the buffet was welcoming and provided us anything needed! Will definitely stay again!”

Workout room was clean and had great equipment - has a Peloton!Noise levels inside and outside aren’t bad at all - pretty quiet in general.Very happy and will stay here again!One weird thing is the breakfast isn’t complimentary…you have to pay $17 for a buffet style normal hotel breakfast…very strange.”
“The only reason I give it a four on the room is because the first night in the room I couldn't get the TV to work and then when I went to bed and woke up throughout the night they were roaches running around on the floor. Then the nights after that was smooth sailing from there.Food & drinks: The food was pretty good but the biscuits were hard. The coffee was delicious and the orange juice wasn't the best.”
“We stay here when we visit our college kids. Looks like they have updated the rooms and fixed it so the non smoking rooms do not smell like smoke. I enjoy staying in this hotel. The location is very convenient and the service is excellent. It's also pet friendly.”

“I really enjoyed the hotel. The breakfast was fresh and the area was clean. The pool and hot tub were clean and nice. I liked having a balcony in the suite. The water in the tubs was hot and didn’t go cold fast. The beds were very comfortable. The decor and furniture were older and had seen better days. The only problem I experienced was a roach infestation in the kitchenette inside the suite. There were no roaches in the rooms or bathrooms but when I started to cook roaches started to come out from the cabinets. I called the front desk and they offered to put us in another room. I declined another room because we were leaving in the morning. They did come to the room and spray. I enjoyed everything about the hotel except the bugs.”

“Great location, very comfortable bed, very nice staff up front. Near to Tesla charger and nice dog park. No elevator, but I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
Rooms: Clean, comfortable room. A/C worked well, blackout curtains were great!

“The rooms were very comfortable and the location was easy to access. Vijay Patel was very friendly and helpful during check in and check out process. I have Best Western Rewards and he delivered water bottles and goodies to our rooms. There was no continental breakfast, but the room rates were less compared to other Best Westerns. There is an on site restaurant, but we wanted to get going so didn't try it.”
