“They have the worst pillows I have ever used at a hotel. The lady at the Frontdesk is sweet and accommodating. Rooms are outdated and basic, but they were clean. Nice basic hot breakfast.”

The attention to detail was impressive. Everything was spotless. The chrome fixtures gleamed without a smudge, and there was not a speck of dust in sight. It is clear that care and pride go into maintaining the property.
Our room was spacious, beautifully appointed, and exceptionally comfortable. The bed made it easy to relax and truly unwind. Every detail felt intentional and well cared for.

We've been coming to Chat for 50 years and have never stayed here at this hotel until last night. This will be our go to from here on out. If your looking from some amazing pizza. “Clean comfortable beds . Soft pillows. beautiful rooms and spacious bathrooms!. Very good coffee near the restaurant . Front desk so warm and friendly even the vallets?. We travel a lot and always always choose Hotel indigo over Marriots n Hiltons. They seem to have gotten plain n mediocre .”

“I stayed here for four weeks while dealing with a water issue at home, and it was such a great experience. It is stressful enough to be displaced but I also had my pets to consider. They were able to come with me here. The vibe is really cool, clean, and trendy. The rooms are apartment-style with a fully furnished kitchen and cute funky décor — felt more like a home than a hotel. The beds were super comfortable. I had a two bedroom with 2 full baths, very spacious.
The location is awesome — right downtown and close to everything. There’s a restaurant on-site and even a Peet’s Coffee, which was a nice bonus. I also had a great mountain view from my room, and it was surprisingly quiet most of the time. The bedrooms could have a bit more light.
The staff were all really friendly and quick to help with anything I needed. Overall, I couldn’t have picked a better place to stay — highly recommend for a short or long stay.”

“Stayed one night on our way from Michigan to Florida. Overall very nice great location close to anything an everything you could want or need. They are under renovation so it isn't perfect but it is very clean an well kept. Small food an drink shop next to the desk. The outside pool was very nice and well kept.”

Workout room was clean and had great equipment - has a Peloton!Noise levels inside and outside aren’t bad at all - pretty quiet in general.Very happy and will stay here again!One weird thing is the breakfast isn’t complimentary…you have to pay $17 for a buffet style normal hotel breakfast…very strange.”
“The only reason I give it a four on the room is because the first night in the room I couldn't get the TV to work and then when I went to bed and woke up throughout the night they were roaches running around on the floor. Then the nights after that was smooth sailing from there.Food & drinks: The food was pretty good but the biscuits were hard. The coffee was delicious and the orange juice wasn't the best.”

The manager MS.Anita is very nice and sweet and makes sure she keeps everyone safe and comfortable and that your happy with your stay if your not she'll see what she can do to make you satisfied. The staff are very friendly as well Angel is very helpful and do what she can do to make sure the customer is satisfied with where they are staying for the day. It's not a bad hotel its more exciting to stay because they have a pizza place next door YUM with other restaurants and stores around ☺️ 5 stars in my book”

“The place is in a fantastic location. The staff makes it even better. Nick was able to help my special requests and direct us to a nearby grocery store in time before it closed. Brad was so helpful in getting my boarding passes printed while I was stuck in a conference. Blake was amazing by preparing coffee for my group early enough for us to all have coffee while waiting for our super-early Uber ride to the airport. Thank you to a super staff!!”
“Talk about a great stay! The rooms were a great size, the whole hotel very clean, and each room had a sliding glass door either opening into the central area (where the pool is located) or to the parking areas. We stayed for a business trip and I was very pleasantly surprised at the quality of the Sonesta hotel, this having been my first time staying at one of their locations. The staff was quite helpful, even providing a few suggestions for activities in the area. My ONLY complaint is that they don't provide a complimentary continental breakfast, but with the great location, multiple breakfast options are a short trip away. Plenty of businesses, restaurants, and things to do within a 5 minute car ride, just off of the interstate. Despite the proximity to I-75, once you're in your room the outside world melts away and it's quiet. I rather enjoyed the curved couch with ottoman and the television that swivels for easy viewing from either the couch or bed. If I'm ever in this area again, I'll stay at this hotel again!”

“Wow!! This place is VERY comfortable. Love how clean it is, also such a convenient area, your not that far from Hamilton Place mall. Staff was very nice and welcoming, And I also love how there is a kitchen, a full size refrigerator, and the microwave. It seems like some extended days don’t even Include if it’s not one thing it’s another . Definitely would recommend to people who need somewhere to stay for long-term. Also has a washer and dryer! Definitely five out of five!”

“The rooms were very comfortable and the location was easy to access. Vijay Patel was very friendly and helpful during check in and check out process. I have Best Western Rewards and he delivered water bottles and goodies to our rooms. There was no continental breakfast, but the room rates were less compared to other Best Westerns. There is an on site restaurant, but we wanted to get going so didn't try it.”
