“I can't believe that Charles Schwab got such negative reviews. I been with them since 2007 and been amazed by all the agents, services, and managers. They are my favorite bank and I have banked with BOA, US bank, Chase, Wells Fargo, and Union Bank. Reason why: 1. Every time I called in, my issue was addressed by people in the US and not oversees. They are all knowledgeable and if they do not know the answer, they will go find out for you. They don't just keep passing you around and transfer over transfer to another agent. 2. I have never waited more than 10 mins for an agent to answer the call. 3. Most importantly is when I travel to different countries, I need a reliable bank. I have been in a jam and could not access my credit card or other bank accounts in a different country and when I called Schwab they understood my situation and allow my atm limit to increase substantially to obtain cash from my account. I wouldn't know what I would do in a different country with no access to my accounts. My disclosure is that I am a loyal client. A bank that you can just call and talk to someone (not a machine or oversee) right away is worth more than an extra %.”
