My husband and I have tried since Sept 28, 2023 to switch our IRA accounts to our Local Bank, today is November 7, 2023 and still not resolved.

They opened my high interest checking account and had me transfer small deposit . Told me debit card was sent out then I got two letters saying they closed my account. Would have been nice to email me since they had no problem sending me random emails before I sent my direct deposit there Very annoyed

It might have been just my experience but I would advocate to just call the number online and talk to representative and save your time coming to the physical location.
