“Wonderful experience! Brad was the best!! We traveled from RI to TN, traded in our older Lance pickup camper and came home with a brand new 2026 Lance pickup camper. Everyone there was so friendly and accommodating. We received a very thorough walk-through, zipped through the necessary paperwork, and all the warranties were taken care of by the staff, too! We loaded the new camper on our truck, transferred our belongings, and were headed home the next morning. We would recommend Fish’N’Fun to anyone looking for any model Lance camper.”

“The five stars are for Melissa who has been fantastic! She is a great communicator, very professional and kind. There was definitely a misunderstanding when I first got the unit. The prices on the website were much much lower than what I am currently paying. I understand taxes and fees but I was told by someone at the beginning that I would be paying $23/month for my little unit and I was somehow charged $33/month. Someone got it down to $31/month so I am appreciative of that but I would’ve like more clarification in the very beginning. Grateful for Melissa though!!”

Jessica, an associate for FreeUp, was very helpful in locating our account and making sure the upcoming autopay for April was cancelled which we very much appreciated. So apparently the autopay date and the actual bill due date were not the same, so I was charged a $20 late fee. The customer service rep I talked to was extremely helpful. He credited me back the $20 late fee, and adjusted the autopay date to match the actual bill due date. Very happy with the service I received.”
