We live in Ringgold but I don’t mind the drive when I am looking for certain things or my teenagers want to come browse! I wish I could remember the girls name that checked me out because she had great customer service! She also helped me in the dressing room very promptly! Most of the time in clothing establishments..you have to wait for so long! Great store!!! Thank you!”

“Came in today and thrifted a classical guitar and guitar bag for only like 80 bucks! guitar in amazing condition for the price, and the bag was of amazing quality. Also found some other cool things, i will be back here for sure! Fair prices and nice employees.”

“Becca always has the friendliest smile and attitude. She is our favorite checkout employee of all. We always enjoy shopping at the Hixson Goodwill because of the great employees. We do find that the prices have gotten completely out of hand though. We have been shopping at this location for several years and the prices increase is insane. Yes we understand that a large percentage of the profit goes back into the organization, however, the items are donated!!! We have found so many items that are 80 - 90 percent of retail. I think you tend to forget, these are used items and not new. We saw two matching pieces of furniture. Obviously they went together. One was 59.99, the other one was 79.99! ??? I actually found an item at Home Depot cheaper than the used item on your shelf!!!”
