Senior manager came and said its ok - scooped it.up, and then said its free...'thats how we roll.in the south'!

“We had my son’s birthday party at Build-A-Bear, and it was such an incredible experience! Miss Cassie and Miss Puffin were absolutely amazing. They kept the kids engaged from start to finish, and the party flowed so well that the parents barely had to step in. They were organized, energetic, and made every child feel included.
My favorite part was watching my son interact with his entire class. Instead of everyone doing their own thing, the kids were laughing, participating together, and making memories. There were so many smiles, and when we left, my son said he wanted to do it all over again!
We actually celebrated here last year too. While that experience wasn’t bad, this year’s party was on a completely different level. The manager shared that many of the staff were new last year and had been in training, and it truly shows how much they’ve grown. The difference was noticeable, and the experience was so much more polished and memorable.
A huge thank you to Miss Cassie and Miss Puffin for making my son’s birthday so special. We couldn’t have asked for a better party, and we’ll absolutely recommend Build-A-Bear for birthday celebrations!”

“I always find more in this store than I intend to buy. They have the best selection of oddity candies and snacks and drinks. And, so many sketch books, paints, markers, pens and pencils to offer. The store was clean and well maintained. The gentleman who check us out was very nice and helpful.”
